“Can’t complain much. Cozy rooms, quick service, well kept rooms. Parking was a bit tight. There was a yellow stain on the quilt. Overall, it’s good enough for me to stay again.”

“Paid for a roll away bed for one family member and it was awful, uncomfortable and lumpy. Asked for it to be exchanged and was given an even worse one instead. When I spoke to the concierge, she said they fully booked and couldn’t do anything about it. There was a large, visible gap in the bathroom door, affording compromised privacy. The poor shower design meant that water saturated the entire bathroom when the shower was used. The room’s fridge leaked onto the carpet which was...

“We had a good stay at the Flounders Lane Apartment. The only downside to our stay would be the lack of comfortable seating for a family of 4. There is only one small 3 seater couch, so one of us always had to sit on the floor or in a dinning table chair. I would also recommend watching the parking instruction video before you park.”

“Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra”

“This is the best apartment i have stayed in. Everything you could want is available and it is close to most attractions. Beds comfy and towels luxurious. It is fabulous.”
