I have stayed here several times and each time it gets worse. This time the tv never worked despite me calling because someone had stolen the power cable. The floors are perpetually sticky. The heated indoor pool is never heated. The staff is quite rude and housekeeping doesn’t know the meaning of the do not disturb sign. I work at night and sleep during the day and they knock and wake me up everyday. Sometimes as far as trying to come in The room but the chain is on. I won’t stay here again!!

Room was dirty, no toilet paper, drawers wouldnt stay in the dresser or tables bc the floor wasn’t level.

Hotel was old and run down. We decided to stay there because usually they’re very nice. This was the exception to the rule. I killed one flying bug and found bug carcasses while checking for bedbugs-which we did not find. Toilet seat is stained terribly. We slept in the same bed even tho there were 2 because the sheets were stained on one of them. Also, stained bedspread was stained. Read the reviews-they’re pretty accurate. This hotel has fallen out of grace with us!

Room did not have a desk chair, no clock, bathroom had a marred bathtub, wall in bathroom has been unprofessionally repaired. The upholstered chair in the room was stained. I would not stay here again.

Needs more updating done. Floors good furniture in room was disgusting. The desk chair was worn out or broken. Bathroom mirror was spotty or needed replaced and the wall repair in two areas looked terrible. For what is charged for a night here is terribly high and for the area.

The first room I stayed in the door would not pull all the way close to lock. The front desk clerk (white guy) suggested I would be okay once I go in and put the latch on I would be okay…As if I don’t have any plans to leave and renter my room at my leisure. He finally gave me another room. The skirt on the bed was nasty and two roaches was walking across the walls. Never again and what a waste of my money.

The linen was old and looked dirty but it was suppose to be white. The sink and tub was stopped up. The door did not close well. The tv did not work. The bathtub is rusty. We did cut rooms and it was a little better.

When i came in to check in, which was 11 p m., i was told i needed to wait because she was in the middle of checking another person in. After check in i came to the room and staring preparing to sleep, by using the pull out couch. The couch was broken in places, did not have sheets, and the mattress was thin and uncomfortable. The window shades were partially pulled off the railings.

May want to find another place
1st- they gave us room 313 we get to the door and the 1st card didn't work then we tried the 2nd card... put the card in and the door came flying open with a man on the otherside wanting to know what the heck we were doing trying to get into his room😳. Went down to the front desk they apologized and gave us another room. 2nd room- we pulled the sleeper sofa out and the metal bar was broken in half made it non useable. No sheets no pillow for the sleeper and only 1 towel in the bathroom, we called the front desk they apologized and offered us another room. 3rd room- discovered the bathroom had not been cleaned there was a used washcloth hanging over the tub spout, a used bar of soap sitting beside the sink and a dirty towel in the floor😳. Other things to note: There was not a shower curtain in either room and when my husband turn the bathroom light on in room 2 a bug ran up behind the mirror. I realize that sometimes things happen but wow, JUST WOW

Had a great stay, not for long but the amenities were as promised. The bed was extra comfy and the staff was nice. Dont know why we didnt have a shower curtain. Someone was sipposed to bring one up but I had to go down and get it the morning after.

Hotel is pretty good and clean, but need some improvement in the continental breakfast no juice at all and when serving bagels and no cream cheese ????
