Plague por la Habitacion en El 3 Piso. $144 Cuando mire en la cuenta de mi banco observe que tenia 3 cobros mas, uno por $10, otro por $20 y otro por $10 . NO se porque me han cobrado esto. NO rompi muebles NO manche sabanas toallas ni cortinas NO queme nada NO dane alfombra NO Hice ningun dano . Porque me cobraron esto?

The dining area only had 6 tables for 2 people. It was always crowded. we had to take our breakfast up to our room to eat. Staff was EXCELLENT! Room was not totally cleaned. However, the bathroom was cleaned every other day.

It is not easy getting into the hotel. When we arrived, someone was parked right in the road leading to the check in area. Thankfully my car was small enough to maneuver through. The breakfast area was small. It needed another waffle maker. There was a very strong, mildew smell in the stairwell. We were there for the NCAA tournament, and even though we were a short distance from the arena, I didn't feel comfortable walking in this area.

Probleme in Unterkunft. Unklare Verhältnisse zwischen Expedia und Hotel. Expedia hat sch dabei professionell gezeigt. Ich bin von der Hotel Leitung als krimineller Betrüger behandelt. Mit Polizei bedroht when ch nicht die Kosten für Übernachtung sofort bezahle. Hoch unprofessional.

Hotel is clearly supported by patients of Albany med Center and charge for that . The feeling is the same as if you were staying in a hospital with the elevators , lighting etc. I think it was once part of the hospital.Even if the reason of my visit was the hospital , I would rather stay in a cozy place than there . Very poor job decorating the space .

The hotel is located on one of the primary roads to Albany Medical Center. Ambulances use this route. Although McDonald's and Walgreen's are within walking distance, the closest restaurant is about 400m away. Also, the adjacent neighborhood is a lower income neighborhood.

Charged my credit card $10.80 for parking while staying at their facility. No mention about charge while checking in or out. No receipt or anything. Just a charge appeared on my credit card statement. When I inquired, I was told that they tell you about it when you check in and out and give you a receipt. Lies!!!

It’s a very clean hotel but policies are very disturbing they took my whole check $150 for a pet 10 a day for parking and they charge your card for essential which you don’t get right back I will never stay here again .

The room is showing signs of age. Mattress sagged in the center. There were no clothes hangers. Only one kitchen chair. One one living room chair (a loveseat). Only one side table. Really lacking in furnishing in a room for two.

Convenient location. The 2 women at the desk on the afternoon/night shift (I believe they said they were sisters) were absolutely the best part of our stay. Paying for parking was a little annoying as the gates were difficult to operate with room keys (one didn’t work) but overall a great place. Would stay again

Staff were very nice. It was confusing as to how to get to the front desk. I actually had to back into traffic to go around to the back of the hotel to check in. Another patron started screaming at me because I couldn't back out fast enough. After the bed bug check, I didnt find bugs but there were food crumbs in the crevices of the mattress. There were also food crumbs along the baseboard. There was hair on the wall in the bathroom. It looked like the bathroom had been recently painted. They left dirt and hair on the baseboards and just painted over it. Probably the worst was the plug in air fresheners all over the room and in the hallway. Presumably to cover up the marijuana smell. Its clearly not a smoke free hotel. There was a cigarette (or something) burn on the tissue box and on the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom mirror had mold behind it visible from the front. The door had a large gap underneath (not up to fire code I would imagine). The furniture was stained and disgusting. There was clearly a cat that had stayed because the corner of the couch was shredded and there was cat hair on the floor. The room was obviously not vacuumed. There are a lot of hotels in the area. Pick a different one.

Possibly the worst Marriott property I've stayed in. The first room smelled so bad we had to change, and the second smelled of Smoke eater spray. The next morning the water was out, so showers, breakfast, etc were impossible. If had known the Albany area better I would have chosen a different property.

The toilet wasn’t clean, there was a dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower and the floor wasn’t swept when I first arrived. Other than that, everything was fine. The employees were friendly and it’s actually a nice hotel.

Great room and people. Poor key cards.
The room is great size, layout and function. The morning breakfast is not so great but functional, and the door-parking lot key system is worthless. 3 out of 4 times they never worked. On a 5-night stay my electronic key-cards had to be reset 4-times. The people are very friendly and pleasant doing this, but its necessity is cumbersome.

Check in was easy and quick. Every staff person during our stay was very friendly and helpful and showed a real interest and concern about our comfort and satisfaction. Will definitely recommend this place if you are in this area! Their staff are wonderful!

Medical Center convenience
We were in Albany to support family that was using the nearby medical center. TownePlace was pet friendly and convenient. The staff was unusually helpful.

Overall appearance old and dingy. For the price we paid for the room not worth it. Also had to pay for parking. Which I feel is ridiculous. Huge parking lot and the hotel was not full. It appears the State is using it for housing.

Good room amenities
My room was basically a studio apartment with a clean well-equipped mini kitchen, sitting area, desk area, bathroom, and bed. I had everything I needed for my short stay.
