This hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. Check in took about 10 min. Once we got into our room we noticed the trash was not taken out from the previous guest. The bathroom had dead cockroaches on the floor. We told the front desk and they wanted to move us to a different room but I opted for the refund. It was disgusting and inexcusable. Don’t stay here!!

There were bugs all over the room, in the tub and on the bathroom floor, I checked in and about 30 min later, checked right back out and got a refund. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone. Looked like there were a bunch of druggies staying there and there was trash all over the property. The bear statue was cute though.

We needed to stay in Albuquerque one night so I made reservation for a ground floor room at Pan American Inn & Suites After checking in on Friday, January 24, we entered the room & discovered it was not cleaned!! The worker got us into another room which looked alright We later found the bathtub was not cleaned; it had hair on the tub!! The heater did not work and it got very cold. We didn't have a restful night! On Saturday we found that we needed to stay another night so giving them the benefit of a doubt, I reserved a room at the same motel. The lamp in this room didn't work and the bathroom sink had a very slow drain! To our disappointment, we were given another uncleaned room! We couldn't open the third room which was on the second floor and there was a bad smell on that floor. We just opted to stay in that first room with the slow drain sink! We left early the next morning and was very very disappointed with this motel!! We are not staying there anymore. When we asked to be compensated for all our troubles, Melissa and Shannon said to report it to Expedia since I had booked the room through you. So now that I've presented my complaints, I'd like to be compensated for what we encountered at this particular motel!! Thank you for your consideration.

The roof was leaking in hallways and breakfast area. But they didnt have breakfast for two days we were there. The room was not vacum but was comfortable.

Stay Away From Here
I reserved two suites. Both smelled horrible. One heater refused to work. One suite had no couch in the room. Even though they advertise hot breakfast on the site and large illuminated sign on the property, they do not. No sheets for the one suite that had a couch. It was a very bad experience and I won’t stay here ever again.

Front desk requested $100.00 cash deposit. No ATM avaliable so decided to leave. This was once a quality inn and was one of the nicest places to stay. What happen?? Been downhill for a while now. SIGN on door days no breakfast.

Never again
Plaster falling down from water damage. Doors not working. Bed with valleys where too many people slept on it through the years. No hair dryer. TV was very old with a dark picture. Advertised breakfast but a hand written sign that said NO BREAKFAST sorry.

We have stayed there before and was a great place to stay. But over the last several monthes it went downhill very badly. Will not stay there again and will not recomend to anybody.The homless people might not even stay there now

It must be new management and they are trying to get things fixed up. There were many things that needed to be fixed or were not working correctly. I think when they get it all fixed up and functioning as it should, it will be a nice property, but right now it is clean and the staff was accommodating, but it may take a few weeks to get up to par.

The property was 'undergoing renovation' when we showed up (10/4). Staff was mostly accommodating, but there were notices on the property starting that Continental breakfast was no longer being served (as of about 2 months after we booked our stay and 2 months before our arrival). We were not notified of this before we arrived, but decided to stay anyway since we were not going to be there during breakfast hours - until the AC stopped working. We checked out after two days.

It was a good stay, we really enjoyed the room, our kids really enjoyed the space that was provided. The only we wanted was the swimming pool and it was out of service.

Shower does not work, no stopper in the bath tub that needs refinishing. Was not able to take shower nor bath. Had to use cup to pour water over body. No tea bags nor sugar and cream. Breakfast was not available. I should get a partial refund for this stay. Please let the management of this hotel know about this.

Do not stay here. No air conditioning. No WiFi. Almost everything is in disrepair or falling apart. They're too cheap to even light up the sign, making it impossible to find after dark. Old furniture is piled up in the parking lot. The staff are doing the best they can under very difficult circumstances.

I was very disappointed in the facility itself. No pictures on the walls, the wall paper was ripped off the walls. It smelled terrible. In fact, we were booked to stay two nights and checked out in one night. There was not one person staying in the hotel. The pictures on line were very nice, but when we got there to check in, it didn't look nothing like that. I asked the lady behind the counter where everyone was and she said out. Later that night there was not a sole in the place. When I went to the girl to tell her we were checking out a day early and gave me a hard time. I did not feel safe there at all. Maybe you should take this hotel off your site. We have always been very pleased with our stays through expedia, but not this time.

Very close to Balloon Fiesta we were there to see. Property in complete disrepair. Falling apart, broken doors/glass, no air conditioning, no breakfast, no cable, but worst of all our room didn’t even lock unless we were in it and could deadbolt the door from the inside. Generally scary. Staff did their best, but were clearly not given the support to provide reasonable accommodations.

This property needs to ne condemed. Arrived and was told the was no a/c,no heat,ice machine had no scoop for 2 days,paint peeling off walls,ceilings,wood on the building. Cracks throughout the structure. Dog poop on the side walk. No food services. Staff rude. We weretold to find another hotel but with balloon fiesta on town rooms were nearly 300.00 per night. We we given a room with a portable a/c after we complained Given a small heater after another complaint. Room card had to be reset nearly everyday. Office was left unattended up to twenty minutes with a sign on the window while we waited for card to be reset. People were cancellong their reservations when they went to their rooms. Pool. was inoperable. Too many things to list. Its a disgrace that you even support this place.

We were in town for the balloon festival and this was one of the closer hotels. The outside is a bit dated but as soon as you walk in the lobby is very clean and nice. We had a king size bed room and the room however felt like a studio apartment. It had a living room as well as a bedroom. We couldn’t believe the space and amenities. The room was very clean, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on while traveling. Received excellent service at the front desk for check in and check out. If you plan to stay in Albuquerque for more than a day or two this is the place to stay! Regardless i would recommend this hotel to anyone. I know if we are ever back in the area we would book here again.

This hotel looked nothing like the picture. They were supposed to serve breakfast and didn’t. The A/C wasn’t working which wouldn’t have been that big of a deal except there were no screens in the window. The gave us a fan, with no extension cord. The people at the front desk didn’t seem to know much of anything about the event or how to get to the event. The furniture was in bad shape, dirty and ragged and drapes were torn and coming off the wall. We could barely put anything in the freezer there was so much frost in it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Dirty bathroom- even that walls and floors needed cleaned. Dirty chairs and couch. Nothing good about it. No air conditioner, no pool ,no complementary breakfast as stated. Buckets where ceiling was dripping.

Worst experience ever. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB about this motel. The Carpet wasn't vacuumed very well. Trash behind one of the nightstands when I was looking for an outlet. Drapes were soiled. I found a dirty syringe hidden under one of the question covers. I was extremely lucky that I did not sit on it. The carpet in the hallway was rippled. In one area the roof was leaking and they had buckets in the hallway to catch the water. I tried finding another motel but since the balloon fiesta was going on, it was impossible to find an affordable Room.
