El resort esta francamente bien, pero el personal es antipàtico y no hay coherencia entre lo que exigen y lo que hacen en cuanto a medidas anti covid. Al llegar te tratan casi como un apestado y luego en cambio en la casa presuntamente higienizada te encuentras estropajos y bsyetas sucias. Ademas tienen un problema grave con los escarabajos en los baños.

Comodidad y relax
La estancia ha sido perfecta, ubicacion idonia , con unos servicios extraordinarios. Quizas el servicio de limpieza tendria que esmerarse un poco para dejar la habitacion perfecta en relacion a la comodidad de la estancia.

Nosotros contratamos una habitacion doble y nos dieron un apartamento,creo que no hay habitaciones. Como apartamentos estan muy bien, limpios ,equipados, amplios. Como hotel,nosotros teniamos desayuno contratado y creo que el desayuno es escaso para un hotel de 5 estrellas incluso para uno de 4.

Toda la familia hemos estado encantados con el hotel , el servicio habitaciones...todo fenomenal.El unico pero es la conexion WIfi que funciona bastante mal.

Merece la pena ir.
Pasamos cuatro dias de Semana Santa en este estupendo hotel. Es un complejo de apartamentos y villas separados del edificio principal donde se encuentra el spa, piscina cubiertas, bares y recepción. Puedes dejar el coche en la puerta y bajar las maletas comodamente. Tanto los apartamentos como las villas son enormes, el nuestro concretamente tenia dos dormitorios con un baño completo cada uno y bañera hidromasaje en ambos. El salón y la cocina eran enormes y teniamos un pequeño jardin con mesa y sillas. La limpieza era correcta, el desayuno buffet de calidad y especialmente destacable la amabilidad del personal. El único problema la situación, llegamos de casualidad. No se tarda nada en bajar al centro pero hay que saber hacerlo. Esta rodeado de urbanizaciones que parecen iguales y de noche se hace dificil regresar al hotel. A nosotros nos ha merecido la pena, pero creo que es importante que se conozca este detalle.

This is a nice property that is convenient for families that want an apartment and kitchen but some of the hotel facilities issue we had was with the check-in team. They were not helpful at all and even though there were properties available as it was not fully occupied we had to wait until 4 o’clock to get our room on our first day even though we arrived at 11 am we were offered anywhere to change which was not ideal with children after a flight. Breakfast staff are friendly. Housekeeping was a bit hidden miss sometimes shower gel and towels would be replaced and sometimes not. We had an issue with our dryer, which was the only option to dry clothes after they had been washed. We did report this but it was not fixed.

The 2 bedroom unit was well laid out. The cleaning staff were excellent. Great Pool and reasonably good gym. About a 20 min walk (5 min drive) to the seaside town of Carvoeiro where a number of good restaurants are located

The breakfast was really good with lots of options such as fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and coffee. The gym was good however it only opened at 9am which wasn't convenient if wanting to do exercise in the morning before breakfast as breakfast buffet closed at 10am. We stayed in a suite and it was really spacious with a nice outdoor area.

The room (luxury suite) has a big balcony with a sun bed and umbrella, and table for eating. The living room has a complete kitchen and a sofa, TV area. The bedroom has a wonderful bed, strong Internet, another TV and two lovely bathrooms. The breakfast is amazing, as was the buffet dinner, and the pool really good size with plenty of seating. The only negatives I'd say are Only one free water despite staying four nights An excessively high charge for tea in the room!!!

The staff is nice and polite but did not address all of our complaints, such as the broken shower. The air conditioning was insufficient and there were ants in our unit first floor. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, but the location of the resort is not really conducive to walking into town or to the beach. Overall we give it 2.5- 3 stars. Of all the drawbacks, the ants were the most offensive issue. Otherwise it was a lot of room for the price and would have been very comfortable if the air conditioning worked well.

Plus un 4* qu'un 5*
Sejour agréable. Petit bemol sur le check in. Nous avions appele en amont pour prevenir que nous arriverions tot , on nous a indiqué que si la chambre nest pas encore prete nous pourrions au moins utiliser les équipements de l'hôtel (piscine et autres). Cependant quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a informé que l'on ne pouvait pas prendre les serviettes tant que le check in n'a pas été fait. Par ailleurs , aucune bouteille d'eau de bienvenue alors qu'il y avait une pancarte indiquant qu'on aurait de l'eau . Pour un 5* , on s'attend à un service de meilleure qualité.

Ok, but needs some repairs
Nice place, but a bit scruffy and poor quality In areas. Hot water screeching all night kept us all up, kids slide split and dangerous. Pool bridges falling apart. It was good value, but I can now see why it’s cheaper than top resorts.

Nice apartment but dirty and unsupervised pool are
The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable with nice terrace and full kitchen. The real let down was the resort facilities. The pool and steam/sauna area was not clean and overcrowded with 30 unsupervised children running and jumping into the indoor pool and entering steam/sauna rooms. The floors in the indoor pool area were moldy and slippery. The resort even charges guests for clean beach/pool towels if you want them changed. No business center. Definitely not a five star resort. Would not return due to the facilities.
