Tuvimos un Problema a principios de diciembre estuvimos hospedados mi esposa y yo en el Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, la reserva la realicé a través de Expedia. El motivo de este e-Mail es que durante la estancia le hice saber al front desk particularmente a Brigitte que el día de nuestro check out sería muy temprano, por loque solicitamos un breakfast box para llevar, a lo cual se me informó que se realizarían las gestiones necesarias para que estuviera listo. Llegado el momento, nos presentamos al check out en la madrugada, pues nuestro vuelo de regreso a Mexico era muy temprano y Annemijn quien me atendió a esa hora me comentó que no sería posible entregarnos el desayuno solicitado pues no se hizo el pedido y no tenían como hacerlo, su respuesta fue realizar un reembolso de 2 desayunos por los 2 breakfast box que no pudieron hacernos, cabe precisar que en nuestra estancia tuvimos desayuno incluido todos los días. En fin, Annemijn me dijo que realizaría el reembolso en la tarjeta de crédito que use y hasta el momento no lo he recibido. Anexo foto de los dos de desayuno que me dijo serían reembolsados.

Fantástica estancia
Es un muy buen hotel. Nos hicieron un upgrade y la habitación estaba muy bien. Amplia y funcional. La cama muy cómoda y buena graduación de la calefacción (a veces en invierno en los hoteles está excesivamente alta). El baño también amplio y cómodo, con una gran ducha. Buen desayuno, variado. Si le tengo que poner algún pero es que mi habitación daba a una calle con mucho ruido nocturno aunque pudimos dormir sin problemas. Se echan a faltar algunos puntos propios de un hotel de cinco estrellas aunque se suple con la excelente ubicación.

Pésima , nos robaron la maleta de mi marido estando haciendo el checkinn, el hotel no se quiso hacer responsable, vieron el video y los dijeron que teniamos que ir a la policía, cuándo ellos serían los que tenían que hacer la denuncia, ya que fué dentro de su hotel. No se preocuparon por ayudarnos ya que venia medicina dentro de maleta. 2 dias buscando doctor para receta y comprar medicina de mi marido. Como puede pasar esto dentro de un hotel 5 estrellas?... No hubo un bellboy que nos recibiera las maletas, y no seguridad en la entrada. Se formaron detras de nosotros haciendo el checkinn y se la llevaron, con otra pequeña encima con ipad auriculares dinero... Habia una puerta de Cristal donde se supone que estás ya dentro debe haber seguridad. Estando de espaldas firmando fué que se la llevaron.... Vamos a llegar hasta mas arriba de NH para que se haga una investigación a fondo, porque es inadmisible que esto suceda en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Adjunto

Todo esta muy bien, esta en un punto muy centrico, el cuarto de buen tamaño y comodo, la regadera excelente pero ya deberian de remodelar el hotel ya q se ve viejo.

El personal súper amable
La ubicación inigualable!!! Tienes a unos pasos el palacio real y muchos sitios turísticos. El staff increíble. Sumamente amables. El de todas las áreas del hotel. Puntos malos 1. Se tardaron 45 min en subir las maletas al cuarto 2. Resulta un poco incomodo el baño. No xq sea chico, el tamaño es bueno, pero no tiene lugar para poner las cosas. El lavabo no tiene espacio, no hay cajones, ni repisas ni nada!!! No sabía dónde poner mis artículos personales. Incluso en la regadera solo tiene una pequeñísima repisa donde solo cabe el jamón y se acabó. La verdad es q eso si me pareció incomodo y poco planeado por parte del hotel

Disappointed that The Tailor wasn’t serving its full cocktail menu the evening we visited as seemingly they did not have all the ingredients! Sadly didn’t get any five star wow factor impression - the hotel feels quite ‘corporate’ and impersonal. Breakfast options were varied but the coffee was awful. Rooms were spotlessly clean but underwhelming. Good location but wouldn’t stay here again.
