Even prior to our arrival, the service was great. Emirates changed our flights, So, we had to change our booking from 3 nights to 4, including changing the arrival date. This was no problem to the Dusun staff, who changed it without an issue. When we arrived in Bali, from a long flight from NZ, a car was waiting for us, and took us to reception. We were greeted here by a lovely reception staff and checked in whilst our luggage was taken to our one bedroom villa. Opening the gate, we were greeted by a lovely little pool and a villa with an external kitchen. The outside area was very nice with settees and a dining area. The kitchen, which was mainly used by the cook making your breakfast of choice (English, continental or your selection). Also in the kitchen was a large fridge/freezer, containing a mini-bar, ideal to store any drinks or food that you may have bought outside.Inside is a large bedroom, with desk, TV, storage for luggage and wardrobe. The large bed was extremely comfortable with a mosquito net which was fitted in the Turn down service. In the large bathroom there is a lovely large rainfall shower.2 sinks and toilet. As lovely as the Villa is, it is surpassed by the staff. Each and everyone has a smile and greeting for you at any time. The breakfast and afternoon tea are included in the price. There is no restaurant her, but there is a book with menus from local restaurants, order from reception. Great wi-fi. I cannot recommend Dusun enough. STAY, STAY, STAY......
