Excelente relación calidad-precio.
La habitación era excelente y la piscina estaba bastante bien. El único problema fue el restaurante: cerraba a las 22, fuimos a las 21:30 y no nos quisieron atender.

Friendly hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful, maybe lacking a bit of knowledge in English. BTS, skytrain, only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Good location very near transportation and a great shopping mall. Pool nice. I had to get Expedia customers relations to contact the property to ensble me to check in after 9pm which was concerning. But someone was there to check me in.

We will improve our service and rooms.Our hotel location is very convenience to go to ICONSIAM, ASIA TEAK, Many good street food shop houses and BTS Station only 10 minute walk. Our guest rooms have large spaces, living room with dinning area, sofa and bed room.We also offer room rate at low price.

部屋はキレイで過ごしやすい。エントランスに喫煙所あり。シャワーの水圧も⭕️です。 ただ廊下が暗く違和感がある。プールは掃除が行き届いてない感じがしました。 周辺には大きいショッピングモール、駅があるのでご飯には困らないと思います。

We will improve our property by turn on more lighting in the hall way and better cleaning up swimming pool area.Our hotel location is near by ICONSIAM and many delicious street food only 10 minute walk. also 10 min. walk to SATHORN PIER to take free shuttle boat in Chao Phraya River to ASIATIQUE the famous tourist attraction.If needed to go to CBD, SIAM CENTER or CENTRAL WORLD, BTS Station is also 10 min. walk.You are welcome back again.

Please and in particular the suite I stayed in was extremely clean it was well taken care of with very pleasant staff however English was certainly something that was difficult for them the pool area is lovely however I wouldn't do it during the day as the noise from the six lane highway did inpeed into the area even at night it was noisy. And the internet was extremely poor in its consistency it was cutting in and out regularly in my particular room. On a positive note they allow you to keep your luggage secured if you have the late flight this is most convenient as you can get out and enjoy Bangkok without all your luggage and knowing that they are safe overall for what I pay I still think this is good value for money however if you want better I would stay at the prince palace hotel for similar money it is grand and without equal two beautiful swimming pools wonderful opulent large well appointed rooms.

wegen der Coronakriese waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Das geraeumige Zimmer war sauber mit großen LCD Fernseher und bar. Leider wurde der Pool erst am vortag unserer Abreise gereinigt. Dadurch komnnten wir an den Tag den großen pool nicht nutzen. wegen der corona-kriese war die fruehstucksauswahl eingeschränkt.

Staff so nice and took good care of us! We ha four rooms on same floor. Onl 4 blocks to fantastic mall Icon siam. Three blocks to public ferry which you can ride for an hour to last stop get off and ride back on next ferry. Cheap and you get to see entire city!! Bella B thanks from your guests from Canada :)

大規模改装中で工事現場で寝泊まりしてる感。事前説明が欲しかったです。 あと、室内の清掃が他の方のコメントにもある通りかなり雑です。あまりに気になって持ち込んだウェットティッシュで全体的に拭きました。

Ok hotel with a nice pool
The pool area was really nice and looked like the ones from more expensive hotels. Breakfast was sufficient, you could order the kind of eggs you wanted and they were freshly made for you. The hotel itself could use some renovation and we feel that the rooms didn’t really match the pictures. We also feel that the cleaning could be improved.

Not recommended especially for families
There is a construction site blocking the way to the nearest station. You can get past it despite the sign saying no entry but definitely not recommended for families doing so. The building is dark and drab. The hallway is not air conditioned. The staff are far from being helpful. Most of the time during my weeklong stay they didn’t change make the bed or change the towel. The only thing good about the hotel was that they resupplied the free water bottles every day. Feeling a lot better at the new hotel in the city in the same price range.

My go to place in Bangkok
I have stayed many times and will stay again. Great for the price, clean, located close to the Saphan Taksin MRT station and the river, very nice and suiet rooftop pool, spacious rooms. The suites are perfect for extended periods. Great night food court under the Robinson store and good small street market right in front of the plaza.

Not good
Firstly, the location is not satisfied. It is not in the central area and don't have many shopping mall or supermarket nearby. The road from bts to hotel is difficult to walk. Secondly, the hotel facilities condition is not good. No tv channels for foreign. The swimming pool is not clean and dont have any stair for entering the pool. At last, the staff is not polite. It takes me 30 mins for check out. And, they said It was broken glass in my room. But, it is not true. It makes me very angry. I am are frequent visitor to bangkok. But, I won't stay in this hotel again. It is not worry for this price.

Not what I was expecting
I booked this hotel for my last for days in Bangkok. I checked out after staying there for two nights. The shower in the room was covered with black mold. We mentioned it to the person in the front desk and asked to have it cleaned up. They said it would be taken care off. When we got back to our room that night it was still in the same condition. So the following morning we checked out. The breakfast was very limited. They were always out of orange juice and the food was cold.

此酒店的設施陳舊，保養欠佳，除了衛生紙、基本洗頭及沐浴用品外，並無面紙提供，根本未達4星水準。本人在2019年1月的行程中租住了兩間Premiere suite套房四晚，一間給80歲的老父，一間給本人，由於第一晚入住時已是零晨時分，而第二天早上又一大早外出遊覽，沒有查看清楚套房的狀況，到下午5時左右回到酒店時，被一名叫Tony 的助理經理指控本人老父損毀其套房內的浴室洗臉盆，要求我們賠償2000泰銖。該名叫Tony 的經理聲稱客人入住前會檢查房間的狀況，而客人入住後亦會每天進入客人的房間檢查，所以才會發現該損毀。本人親自檢查該損毀程度，發現整個洗臉盆的檯面被用力拉扯幾乎跌落地上，根本不可能是80歲老人有能力造成的，而是有人趁客人外出後入內造成損毀，然後誣捏客人榨取金錢，這麼荒謬的事情，本人還是第一趟遇到，從而影響了旅遊泰國的心情。

Super fint hotel med hyggeligt rooftop pool. Ligger nede af en sidevej som er svær at finde uden gps selv for taxa chauffører. Ligger dejligt placeret i forhold til kanalturen i bangkok og der er shoppingcenter lige ved siden af. Super lækkert storby hotel som dog ligger noget uden for selve bangkok City men bestemt stadig en del at tage sig til. Super sødt personale der har styr på hvem der er hvem.

Basic accommodations
The room was spacious however lacking in basic comforts of a suite and minimally cleaned. While the floors were kept cleaned, the bathroom was modly and housekeeping missed all the nopks and crannies. The kitchen was an appealing feature for a picky eater traveling abroad however, no utensils, plates, paper towels, towels, or sponges were provided, making it essentially usueless without purchasing all these items. The safe in the room was broken and the wifi was inadequate to support media streaming which was dissapointing as the TV had only one channel in Thai. Small balconywas littered with cigarette buds and windows were dirty. Location was a few feet from highway so the view was u pleasant and the noise was constabnt. Five minute wall from Skytrain was rje best featute. Fitness center was not conditioned so unusable. Minimal seating at rooftop pool was uncomfortable. Nice staff but difficult to commubciat with as they hardly understood English. Breakfast was a nice spread but often empty. still, this was more than you would get for the same price in most of the US but a real budget motel disguised as a hotel due to the room sizes.

Meget for pengene, men i ikke 4 stjernet
Hotel med en god beliggenhed ved floden. Lidt slidt med mangler (f.eks. virkede den ene af 2 air cons på det ene værelse ikke). Meget larm fra gaden. Men man får meget for pengene, men dette er ikke et 4 stjernet hotel, når man sammenligner med andre 4 stjernede hoteller i Bangkok. Sparsom - men OK morgenmad. Meget venligt personale, der absolut er hjælpsomme. (Kun Thai TV kanaler).

Bon appart-hotel de l'autre cote du Chao Phraya
J'ai bien aime la chambre qui est en fait un petit appartement avec une un salon, un coin cuisine/bar, un petit balcon, une salle de bain, et une chambre a coucher. Le quartier est residentiel et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'opportunites pour diner, mais le restaurant italien-thai au RDC sert de bons plats. Sinon un centre commercial et un 7-Eleven se trouve a quelques mn de marche. La piscine sur le toit de l'hotel est tres agreable et offre de superbes vues sur la ville.

This is an older but well-maintained hotel. The rooms' doors face a center area that is several floors high and looks gloomy. It gives the feeling of an apartment complex, rather than a hotel. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary style. Electricity in the room is controlled via the room's card key. Therefore, AC will be off and electrical outlets inoperable while you are away. You will be asked to pay a deposit for the card key and receive a receipt for your deposit. The hotel offers a buffet which is varied and tasty. Within walking distance, you will find two or three small shopping centers with coffee shops, restaurants, etc. It is a breeze to find transportation to the central business district and many other tourist attractions.
