Calidad-Precio- Ubicacion perfecto.
La ubicacion es perfecta, el sitio donde esta ubicado es muy tranquilo pese a tener una calle principal al lado, el hotel esta limpio, el servicio es muy atento y en mi opinion la relacion calidad - precio es inmejorable.

Last leg of our journey
We didn't stay long just a couple of nights, before our flight to Sydney. We found it convenient and value for money, and would stay again if in the city.

Simple and nice
The hotel is a small but nice and convenient one. Located in Silom road one has good connection to any interesting place.

宿泊料が安く 非常に有り難かったのですが…… 壁が薄く 隣部屋の騒ぎが酷かった……。 ホテルの責任ではないですが……。 WiFiの具合も あまり良くなく 常に繋がりにくい状況でした。 結局は値段が安いと こうなりますかね……。

Horrible experience!
first they couldn't find my reservation, they finally they gave me a room but there was no electricity, so I had to move to another room with two beds. There were cockroaches everywhere! No elevator, breakfast was very limited. The next day they moved me again. Don't think I ever coming back there

Okay if just looking for a clean bed.
This is a great area near shopping ,restaurants and stree vendors. Patpong night market is a five minute walk down the same street , and ten minutes to the pier. The room was spacious but on the tired side. Would not take much to make it better. Had a lot of trouble with Internet falling out but it did work well in the lobby. Porter tried hard to fix . Ask Male desk staff if you need anything,they were very helpful. Breakfast was poor. Okay hotel if you are just looking for a clean bed . We travel to Thailand often and you get what you pay for.

Good location, poor stay
We booked a room at Silom location but was moved to Bangkok location without prior notice. Furthermore we were told check in at 2pm was available but later informed at 4pm. Having pointed out 4pm was acceptable we were given a room that was not in the Bangkok hotel but rather in a apartment building in proximity. It was clear the new room has not been stayed in a while, rotting smell came out of the sink drainage. The shower drainage was poor, water flooding.

請思考
連續三到五天飯店人員態度都很差，有付加床錢，飯店沒安排好，第一天讓三個人睡一張床！雖然有因此升房型，但此房竟然熱水壞掉！到入住第三天熱水關不掉！整夜聽水聲睡覺！非常便宜的飯店，能不被影響旅遊心情再住。

除了便宜及地點位置不錯，其他很難評價
1.櫃台友善，但要注意退房押金要主動索回，感覺服務人員的態度很可議(會裝傻)，這一點很令人感冒 2.早餐客人品質參差不一，遇到其他未成年但至少十幾歲小房客感冒咳嗽是對著早餐來來回回的咳上去，看到都不敢吃，飯店不管事 3.早餐櫃台主要管理人(女)對於華人用的詞語不友善，但是遇到特定種族的客人(疑似中東)卻變得非常有禮貌，感覺不好 4.價格真的便宜，地點也好，預算考量下還是可以住。

我們被A錢，原先訂一晚含服務業1809元，1/30那天入住告訴我們飯店有問題，換到他們的姊妹店，說有遊泳池，但是一晚網路查1100到1500(打折後），沒退差額，房間浴室和洗手台都積水，落漆到不行

I really enjoyed my staying at the heritage, the king size bed was fantastic and enjoyable... Very nice room and good location.

A little dissapointing
We found the hotel a little bit dissapointing. The location is very good, near to the MTR station and walking distance from Patpong but that's about where the superlatives end. The reception staff and concierge were rather aloof, we asked for a twin room and rceived a room with two twin beds joint together by one sheet eventhough the head of the bed was prepared for two separate ones. There was also only one duvet and one pillow. The furniture seemed rather worn out and the shower curtain had holes in it, Overall, it wasn't a horrible stay but nothing really special either.

การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ไม่ประทับใจเลย เพราะเราคอนเฟิร์มกับทางโรงแรมประมาณ 2 อาทิตย์ก่อนเข้าพัก และแจ้งเลยการจองกับทางเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมแล้ว แต่วันเข้าพักกับแจ้งว่าไม่มีห้องให้เข้าพัก และให้เราไปพักโรงแรมในเครืออีกทีซึ่งไกลจากสถานที่ที่เราต้องไปติดต่อธุระ และเราแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ประสงค์ที่จะพักที่เดิม เราได้ห้องอีกทีประมาณ 21.30 น.

酒店是沒有Lift的。需要自行搬行李上房間。早餐是半自助餐形式。有Set A,B,C選擇。床很舒服。但是浴室比較欠佳。花灑水很弱。

아주좋은 위치와 환경입니다.
시내중심에 가까운 곳에 위치하여 편했으며, 50m반경내에 다양한 레스토랑이 많음. 고속화도로 진출입로와도 가까우며, 호텔 내부도 깔끔하게 정리가 잘되어있습니다.

料金で割り切ればいいホテル
料金の割にはコスパはいい方だと思います。Wi-fiも無料で使えるし、場所も悪くない。部屋のアメニティですが、ティッシュはありません。トイレットペーパーを使えと言われます（笑）。近くのセブンで買ってこないと不自由です。メモとペンもありません。Wi-fiはたまに繋がらなくなることもあります。他には石鹸とシャンプーはあります。バスタブがないのになぜかバスジェルがあり、これで身体を洗えということなのでしょう。この辺りは持参した方がよさそうです。セーフティボックス、ベッド、洗面台、デスクなど、あらゆるところに古さを感じさせます。ロケーションはシーロムのソイ１９で、ホリデイインシーロムの近くです。食べたり買い物したりするには便利ですがBTSに乗るには10分くらい歩きます。敷地内にはレストランが３軒あり、女性に人気の『ナラヤ』もあります。スターバックスもすぐ近く。宝石関係の仕事で来ている方が泊まるケースが多いですね。料金なりに、多くを望まないのであれば使いやすいホテルだと思います。

정말 저렴한 숙박료로 편하게 지냈습니다.
숙소에서 오래 머무를 계획이 아니어서 저렴한 호텔을 찾고 있었습니다. 웬만한 게스트하우스 가격에 호텔을 이용할 수 있다는 점에서 큰 장점이 있습니다. 건물이 다소 오래된 느낌이 있지만 시설 관리를 깨끗하게 해서 큰 불편함 없었고, 에어컨도 빵빵하게 나와서 시원하게 지냈습니다. 직원들 모두 친절했구요. 다만 3층 건물이어서 계단을 이용해야 하는 점이 살짝 아쉬운 점이지만, 크게 불편하진 않습니다. 호텔에서 단순히 잠만 잘 계획인 분들에겐 더할나위 없이 좋습니다. 수영장, 조식 등 호텔 편의시설을 기대하시는 분들에겐 좀 별로일 수 있지만 저렴한 가격으로 쾌적하게 머물 곳을 찾으신다면 딱인 호텔입니다.

superb location within business area
travelling to bangkok since 1993 found the best hotel so far around silom area very comfortable location friendly staff and very reasonable roomrents stayed there for six nights and going to repeat it again for sure on my next trip

가격대비 휼륭한 호텔
가격대비 객실 청결함이나 시설 면에서는 무척 좋았습니다. 호텔 위치도 찾기 별로 어렵지 않았고요. 특히 커다란 침대가 마음에 들었습니다. 하지만 조식은 좀 별로 였습니다.

It is a budget hotel
It is a budget hotel in a very noisy area with a bar next to the rooms. One evening they had a party with a very loud band that continued until 4 am. No lift and the bell boy not always available. The bathroom tatty and a pipe leaked and the floor constantly wet that was not fixed. The breakfast nothing to rave about and difficult to get a taxi because of the location of the taxi. The only good was that there was a Starbucks close to the hotel where I could get coffee and something to eat

場所の良さ
ホテルの周辺がきれいで便利でした。部屋も広くて清潔でした。ホテルの近くの駅の名前が分からなかったので、ホテルの住所を頼ってシロム駅に降りてしまい、初日は場所を探すのが大変でした。ホームペイジに近くの駅名を書いてくれると助かります。ホテルの従業員はあまり親切ではなく、ホテルの部屋から国際電話をかけようとしたんですが、繋がらなくて諦めました。部屋に電話案内番号も書いていなくて、少し不便でした。

Bad Attitude
The staff at Heritage Baan Silom seems to be on a professional mission to destroy Thailand's reputation as the Land of 1,000 Smiles. Ugly body language, no eye contact, tetchiness: generally act like they're doing you a huge favor letting you pay to stay at their mediocre hotel. The rooms are weird, too. Touch something and it falls apart -- which complements the policy of charging guests for said breakages, all of which are listed on a (rude) sheet they leave in your room at arrival which lets you know what you'll be charged for if you break or steal something. They even list a price if you nick a mattress. If someone ever removed one, it was probably to get it cleaned. Nasty experience overall. Caveat emptor. (Pluses: Sweet cleaning staff and good AC.)

L’hôtel affiche des prix qui ne son t pas en relation avec le standing et la qualité de service. Si l'ensemble de la décoration et du lieu est plutôt originale, on s'aperçoit vite que c'est un simple coût de peinture qui a été donné pour faire le moins cher possible, et que cette restauration datte déjà de quelques années, par rapport au photos du site internet. Dans le détail : dans les chambres "Deluxe", parquet flottant stratifié au sol, cassé en plusieurs endroit (très "cheap"). Pas de douche, mais une grande baignoire à l'ancienne qui vous permet d'inonder la salle de bain. Robinetterie incohérente : pas de repère chaud/froid, sens d'ouverture fantaisiste, problème de débit, WC qui flush mal, etc... Dans la TRES GRANDE chambre (presque trop, car peu meublée), une superbe lampe chamdelier suspendue, mais 1 seule ampoule sur 8 fonctionne, bref ça n'éclaire rien... Lampes de chevet design, mais avec interrupteur cassé : il faut les débrancher avant d'aller dormir. Etc, tout est comme ça. L'endroit a du être mignon après sa restauration / re-décoration, mais comme toujours en Thaïlande, l'entretien du bien hotelier ne suit pas.

令人一肚子火的住宿經驗
被飯店的早餐惹了一肚子氣，我訂了八間房住二晚，只有一半有早餐，但明明房價都相同，然後跟他們協調可否全部的人吃一天，一天不吃，這樣說不行，然後我們就讓要吃的人吃，不吃的人不吃，這樣也不行，說誰住的房間有 早餐就只能那個人吃，不能換人。早餐很不怎麼樣就算了，點主餐還要加錢，服務員態度也很差，房間熱水器壞掉被熱水燙到，他們還一副是我們自己笨的樣子。行李員拖行李真的是又拖水撞的，我對飯店一切設備都沒意見，但是對於服務真是不敢苟同，他們的員工根本是用來跟顧客吵架的。

위치상으로 좋았습니다. 그리고 호텔의 건물이 유럽풍이라 멋있기도했고, 바로 근처에 딸링쁠링 레스토랑이 있어서 바로 이용할수도 있고, 가격대비 무척 좋은 호텔인듯, 단점이라면 창문을 다 걷으면 반대편 건물이 바로 앞에있다는점

sehr schlechter Service, Ich zog unsere Koffer in die Zimmer von uns, Internet mit Geld, sehr schlechter W-Lan. Keine Satilite Antenne, nur 5 Thai, 4 Chinesiche 2 Englische programm. Sehr schlechtes Frühstück. Ich nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Large rooms
Rooms are large, quiet and clean. High ceilings. Lots of places to see hang around near hotel but we stayed two nights and a full day, so we spent our time visiting siam and temples. Breakfast could be better

Good location
Good location with easy access to local shops and restaurants. They did try to charge the cost of the room again to check in 1.5 hours early but did store our luggage for that time free of charge. Decor a bit dated but room was very clean. Breakfast not too inspiring. 10 minutes walk from the sky train which is cheap and easy to use.

สิ่งแวดล้อมดีแต่หลายๆอย่างต้องปรับปรุงเยอะ...เช่นเมื่อถ้าคุณเข้าพักนานๆ คุณจะเห็นถึงความไม่ซื่อสัตย์ของพนักงานกับลูกค้าเช่น ราคาที่เข้าไปเปลี่ยน กระทันหัน จาก 1,000-1,500 baht ไปที่3,500baht หลังจากเห็นความ ต้องการที่จะแค่อาบนำ้เพื่อรอไปสนามบิน

Great Location But The Room Is Quite Run Down
Stayed here for 5 nights. They practise to charge full 5 room nights at the point of check in (which is strange) and they clearly stated that no refund allow stick on the desk. Upon entering the room we noticed that there are holes on the ceiling, mold behind bathtubs (etc), we can hear very clearly coming from the room next to mine. On top of all the comments, I must say that their hotel staffs are all very friendly and professional. Unfortunately that I will not return back to the hotel.
