Es un hotel nuevo y muy bonito y moderno. La comida ( cena del restaurante) es muy sabrosa y muy completas. Así que si solo quieres cenar algo ligero puedes pedir un mismo plato para dos. Un poco costoso pero en hotel los restaurantes son más caros. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados porque las camas y sábanas no nos dieron picazón. Dormí muy bien pude descansar. Lo único es que estoy en planta baja y a las 6 am se sentía mucho ruido del piso de arriba personas saliendo y cerrando sus puertas y caminando 😬. Del resto bien y bueno la chica de recepción no fue muy amable al notar que no hablo mucho inglés pero pier ella no voy a dejar de resaltar lo mucho que me gusto la habitación. Ah muy limpio todo increíble👍

It was decent. I do wish they had dumbbells in the gym and some small repairs are due in the room but it was a good stay. I enjoyed the hot tub

Nothing about this hotel says “Marriott” or maintains the Marriott quality that keeps people going back. It’s as if they took an old hotel, slapped on some tacky paint, hosed it down in Lysol, stuck a street urchin at the front desk, and overcharge travelers. From the first step inside the door, I felt I was in a cheap, rundown, dirty hotel, that smelled of musk and Lysol. Marriott can do much better.

I'm sorry that you had such a terrible experience at whichever Marriot you were staying at. However, I don't think this review was for us as we are the Hilton Garden Inn Beaumont. Have a good day.

Staff was friendly & welcoming. Room clean but the shower ceiling was shoddily repaired & looked terrible. Would never pass a “punch list.” Beds & pillows comfortable, biggest complaint was the hallway noise & hearing people walk on the floor above. Wouldn’t stay again.

I'm so sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. The construction has been super frustrating to deal with, but I apologize for the noise you experienced. As for breakfast, we order a full cooked to order breakfast experience instead of a complimentary buffet. That being said, there are options that include the price of breakfast with you room if you'd be interested in doing that next time. Have a good day.

We had to get a accessible room because we have a wheelchair-bound family member and the room far exceeded any expectations that we had. It was absolutely beautiful room, great for you, the pool had a lift for our family member to swim, it was just a wonderful room especially for someone who build a disability it made things so much more pleasant for our trip. The staff was outstanding. Super outgoing. The daytime front desk employee went well out of her way to suggest ideas for us to have fun while we were visiting and she was extremely accommodating and the rest of the staff was just as great.

The only issue I had was the lights went off. Because of this I was unable to finish working for the day. It also became a litter hot in the room.

Good but not their best.
This stay wasn’t as great as the first. Price of the room was way higher. There was a poorly patched hole in the bathroom door. Black light test revealed splashes of fluid on the walls near the bed. Bugs in the shower. Food on the carpet near the air conditioner. The air conditioner would not cool the room as well as the last room. This stay want my usual good experience.

Great stay
I enjoyed the bed over all. The room was clean (I check with a black light), and I like the large desk for setting up my office. Service was good, check in was good, and the location had easy access to the interstate. I prefer Hilton because it’s consistent anywhere I go.

Excellent property. Tried to stay on the “way back home” but price jumped $60 a room from Thursday night to Monday night. Crazy! Other than that, I’d stay here every chance I got! It was top notch!!!

The gentleman at the front desk was not only rude the day we checked in but his behavior was the same throughout the entire stay. . He, apparently, works at another hotel (where we stayed 2 nights later) and his behavior was the same - hostile. We noticed his behavior was quite the opposite with others - courteous, accommodating, and even eagerly helpful. Breakfast was another matter entirely. The waitress was a behaved similarly to the receptionist, eagerly helping certain customers and giving little attention to other customers like ourselves. On top of that, our breakast omelet came with a surprise - it was half full of jalapeños and little vegetables! Who knew jalapeñoss are supposed to be in excess in an omelet, making the omelet inedible altogether? Said mishap was neither met hy an apology or attempt to correct. I can't imagine how they treat others if they're treating established community members like myself like this . I will never be returning to HGI Beaumont and won't recommend anyone to stay here. I've been to a HGI in Texas recently and was treated like everyone else. T. This is clearly an isolated issue but, regardless, needs to be taken seriously as the same staff works at Homewood Suites nearby (much better experience there, however).

The Room was over 80 degrees and there was no electricity. We were told it would be back by midnight and it wasn’t. We had our kids with us and they cried until we left. It was a horrible night we needed up leaving between 12:30am - 1:00am. We couldn’t not be there a second longer it was so hot. :(

Storm came through Saturday evening, which knocked out most of the power to the hotel. No A/C, which besides being cooler helps drowned out the noise from the interstate nearby. 3:30 AM wake up call and there was no power in the bathroom, no hot water and no coffee.Unfortunate there was not a stronger generator back up.
