This is obviously an older MOTEL, not a hotel. The owners are just the sweetest people and are trying to make it nice but its just not there yet. There is no pool and the "breakfast " thats included was simply a bag of sliced fruit you pick up in the office. The beds are horrible!. Hard mattresses, stiff linens that rustle like paper and the frames are sheet metal that pop and make really loud noises every time you move. The room was otherwise clean but just not in the best repair.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable!!! The pillows were awful too. Really need some blackout curtains that go up to the ceiling. Was quite light in the room.

Horrible unsafe place to stay
Was put in a room next to others that were outside smoking questionable substances as well as the entire place didnt feel safe and was disgusting. We immediately left and rented a room elsewhere. Losing the money on this night was not as bad as if we stayed at this low rate unsafe hotel. The pictures on line are a complete lie. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Great people but not a great hotel
The staff was wonderful ,i want to add. We got locked out of our room somehow and even the housekeeper came to help . They even gave us a different room to ensure it wouldnt happen again to us. The rooms were clean ,but the beds are soo uncomfortable. They are so hard that i had to sleep on my winter coat to be comfortable . The heater didnt work and blew cold air and kids were running up and down the upstairs at 8am . The first night ,there was a couple that kept slaming doors and having their truck alarm go off. There was also no grass for pets

Upon check in, this property makes a photo copy of your drivers license with no explanation of how they are going to destroy your confidential information once you leave the hotel and there is damage. I will never stay at a Eyndam hotel again.

I liked no carpet in my room. The staff who checked me in was nice. I was in a no smoking room but someone was smoking next to me so my room smelled like smoke. The tub was not clean. The sheets had stains. The door had dirt all over it. There was no chain.

There are two Days Inn in Branson on the same street, about two minutes apart. The other one looks cozy. This one looks shabby. The rooms themselves are clean and up-to-date, safe, and adequate. The motel office is sketchy and smelly. There is no breakfast, even though the website advertises a hot breakfast. Had I known that, I would have booked up the road for a good breakfast. You get what you pay for here. The rooms are satisfactory and convenient, but don’t except amenities.

They dont have an actual breakfast. Its more like a breakfast snack grab and go bag. I would highly recommend either paying cash or card; dont try to do both. I was charged the full amount on my card despite that my friend paid half in cash. I did get the cash back since i was fully charged the whole amount.

Great price, but you pay in other ways
First issue was that the property said they didnt get paid from hotels.com but each time they got on the phone to resolve the issue, days inn put them on hold to check in other guest. Hotels.com hung up at least 2 times while i was waiting because they were on hold for so long. The beds were super firm and the door didnt shut properly. They also advertise breakfast, which is a brown sack style that you pick up at the front desk.

We are sorry for the situation but I was trying to get hotels.com to pay for the guest so I could check the guest in but at the same time we were busy that day and I was the only person working. it was hotels.com took long time to resolve the issue with their payment. thank you

No place to hang or put up clothes. Shower water only luck warm and shower head low. Parking lot was facing theater next door no protection if cars at theater rolled down. Staff very nice and friendly.

overall experience
Vending machine was out of order. Cleaning lady did not clean. she took about half the trash, place new towels in front of the TV and never made the bed. bedroom window was so dirty. Lady at the front desk could not speak english and breakfast was given to you in a brown paper bag. it was full of items i could not eat nor was half of it breakfast items. it looks like they have been remodeling the overall hotel so i tried to ignore all the flaws.

Sorry for any inconvenience ...regarding cleaning your room properly we had to let go the lady who was cleaning your room...our vending machine was working good we checked on it. we are still working on getting the hot breakfast waiting on approval from health department

Nasty!
Did not have the full buffet breakfast as advertised. Room was not clean. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. Sink drained SUPER SLOW. Toilet stopped up(they let us walk to the office and borrow a plunger) windows so nasty you couldn’t see out. Only enough hot water for one persons shower IF you got up early. Pet friendly but no grass ante for the dog to go potty. Entire place smelled like cigarette smoke. Will NEVER go back.

The people were very friendly. Our experience wasn’t the greatest however. The hotel was pretty full so we didn’t get any hot water for showers and the pillows were very thin so we didn’t sleep well. The breakfast that was offered was not great either. Literally sack lunch style paper bags with snacks in them.
