Great hotel but could do with some room service
Everyone was so helpful at all times in the hotel and spoke great english. The only issue was not having the restaurant open until later, shutting early at 9.30pm was a pain as we arrived late, wanted to watch an important football match and there was no bar snack of late room service available so we went without dinner! Otherwise the stay was great.

Hotel medio, las camas y la ducha optimas pero si no vas en auto no te aventures. Hay solo un bus que pasa cada una hora y los fines de semana comienzan a las 9, el taxi a la cuidad 15e . La comida es buena y no tan cara. Como hotel de paso si vas en auto esta bien

Todo bien, excepto la ubicación, muy apartado del centro. El autobús al centro o de vuelta al hotel pasa cada hora mínimo, y el último pasa sobre las 20:00 en día de diario o las 22:00 en fin de semana (bastante puntuales, eso sí). Total, que la vuelta por la noche era siempre taxi o dando un paseo de una hora. Sin problemas para comunicarse en inglés. Español no hablan. El desayuno buffet con poca variedad, pero todo bastante bueno.

Personeel aan de receptie in een Nederlands hotel dient zich minimaal redelijk in het Nederlands te kunnen uiten. Dat was niet het geval. En als het dan Engels is, dan toch in ieder geval duidelijk Engels. Ook dat was niet het geval. De kamer was goed schoongemaakt. De bedden waren ruim voldoende.

My door was broken due to low battery of the door lock and the night guard couldn't find the manual key to open the door. It took 30 minutes, however, i got free breakfast - which was actually really good!

De accommodatie is schoon met keurige toiletten. Kamers hoewel basic, prima onderhouden en schoon. Personeel heel beleefd en vriendelijk zowel receptie als restaurant. Vergaderzaal bij Steve Rother nette ruime inrichting, perfecte verzorging, volop koffie thee water. Rustige accomodatie. Dank u voor uw service.

Chose to use this hotel because my usual one was fully booked. I would say it's okay for a night. Reception friendly and helpful. Room adequate - bath with shower unusual these days! Breakfast was good. Price is competitive so value okay in my view.

First room was not clean, very well resolved and second room was good. Hotel is very warm, and remained warm the whole night, even with the window open. Hotel advertises noiseproof walls, but the doors are not noiseproof. Overall, my stay was okay.

Hele nacht buiten geluid van rondhangende mensen, verouderd interieur voelt wat viezig aan, benauwde kamer - geen koeling. Bar en restaurant waren onverwacht gesloten maar dat schijnt geen incidentele situatie te zijn dus hadden we graag vooraf geweten.
