Confort a buen precio en el Barrio Europeo
Muy cómodo para estar en el Barrio Europeo. A dos pasos del Parlamento y la Plaza de Luxemburgo. Apartamentos muy confortables con todo lo necesario. Arreglan la habitación cada dos días y se puede usar el gimnasio y la piscina del hotel colindante.

Much better than other reviews would lead you to believer. If you are traveling with a large family, this is a good property. It was clean and in good order. The apartment was mostly quiet although the party in the apartment above us made noise well past 2:00 in the morning. Two blocks from Luxembourg station, 20 min walk to Grand Place.

Not worth it
Carpet throughout and it is Dusty! No washing machine, just a smelly DW that barely worked. Biggest problem is, at the Marriot Apts you are treated like a second-class citizen, it is run by the Renaissance Hotel and they come first 100%. Walk outside to get to the hotel. Fire alarm goes off for 30 minutes, no one says a word, cant shut it off at the panel, they don't care, folks walking outside in their PJs and the hotel said nothing. No sharp knife in kitchen, asked 3 xs and just gave up. Parking: what a joke. I paid in full on arrival, 3 times it wouldn't open, making me late for work. Third time, I had to wait 23 Minutes to get out. World class gym is not world class, it is rusty and smelly with old equipment, pool can handle 4 people max. It is not in the same building, that building is owned by Thon apts, which are MUCH better, same money, clean new and with a washing machine in each room. Go with Thon, 1 block away. Marriot should revisit this, it is not worthy of their name.,

Very spacious apartment for family of 4. Very quiet. Had all we needed though decor was a bit dated. Some light switches were in weird places and heating couldn’t be changed. Access to renaissance hotel pool and breakfast buffet were part of reason we booked. Decent pool, but annoying we had to bring towels from the room to use at pool. We had to ask for extra to use back at our room as those we used at the pool got totally soaked. Towels should really be provided in the pool/gym area. Area very near European Parliament, ok area, very quiet at weekends.

Appart grand et confortable mais service a revoir
Accueil très moyen de la part de Francesco visiblement avare de sourires. Vite expédié, il nous a dirigé vers les ascenseurs de l'hôtel alors que nous étions dans un autre bâtiment. Au bout de 2 essais infructueux son collègue nous a indiqué que ce n'était pas les bons ascenseurs. Le même jour nous nous sommes rendus à la piscine vers 18h Francesco nous ayant dit qu'elle serait ouverte jusqu'à 22h sans nous préciser que c'était 18h pour les enfants. L'appartement 451 est grand et confortable, mais un bol ébréché, 2 petites cuillères pour 4, des papiers et cotons tiges sous les lits, une crotte d'oiseau sur la fenêtre du salon, un plateau avec bouteilles et assiettes salles laissé 4j devant les ascenseurs d'ou ma note moyenne.

Hôtel correct, mériterait un rafraichissement.
Hôtel bien situé. Les appartements sont agencés correctement même s'ils ont un peu vieilli. Le principal problème vient de l'isolation phonique très médiocre : bruits de la rue et des chambres et couloirs qui jouxtent la chambre. L'utilisation du parking sous terrain est peu pratique pour les hôtes des appartements, pas de service directement dans le bâtimennt des appartements : peu pratique.

I sincerely empathize with your feeling and apologize for the discomfort created. Please be informed that all our apartments are smoke free. However, some of the guests are unfortunately disregarding this policy and are still smoking in the facility. In order to further discourage such inappropriate behavior, we have re-enforced the non-smoking policy in all apartments with additional signage as well as an increased fee of EUR 300 per night to discourage them from smoking. Following your feedback, I understand that there is still much effort to do, and I also apologize that the chambermaid that serviced your room prior to your arrival has not escalated this issue to the housekeeping supervisor as the supervisor would have taken the appropriate corrective actions using our ozone machine to eliminate or minimize the smoking smell. I have asked our Executive Housekeeper to further emphasize on this matter to all chambermaids in order to avoid such inconvenience to other guests in the future. Additionally, I understand that you appreciated the Renaissance hotel, located next to the Marriott Executive Apartments, which are offering all the facilities for the guests, such as the reception area, the restaurant, the fitness and wellness. very nice apartment in a very quiet area of Brussels Well equipped. Spacious. Very close to railway and metro train stations. Supermarkets, shops and eating choices plentiful within a 15 minute walk, Lot of mold in the bathroom. Reception is in the motel 100 metres along the street.

Sejour dans une tres belle ville mais je ne recommande pas du tout l'hébergement. Photos sur l'annonce mensongères, tres peu de vaisselle ( ne venez pas a plus de 2 personnes, sinon il faudra faire tourner les ustensiles), cuisine vieillotte, cafetière fonctionne mal, canapé et rideaux tachés et non obstruants, passage dans la rue pour acceder au spa et a la piscine, attention a la caution : ils vous prennent 10€ sans justificatif (aucune reponse de leur part ), attention au parking également qui est compris mais ils essaient de vous leur faire payer si vous ne dites rien. A eviter vu le nombre d'hôtels présents sur Bruxelles

As I have joined the hotel few months ago, your opinion is very valuable to me in order to reflect on our current service standard and look at ways we can further improve the guest's experience in the future.However, I understand that your recent stay was not up to your expectation as you have scored us a low 6 out of 10. I noticed from your comment that you have experienced various shortcomings over this stay and were unhappy with the billing, with the lack of cutleries and with the condition and cleanliness of the apartments. At the onset of this email, please accept my unreserved apologies for the service shortfall and for any distress caused by any incorrect charges. Additionally, I have also asked our Executive Housekeeper to re-emphasize to all chambermaids on the cleanliness standard which remains the foundation of every guest's expectation. Meanwhile, the concerned chambermaid that has serviced your apartment prior to your arrival has been reminded to pay more attention on the vacuuming, the dusting, the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils and apparels as well as the toilets to avoid such re-occurrence in the future. Finally, since I have joined the hotel few months ago, I acknowledge that there is a need for an upgrade of the apartment facilities, moving away from the carpet, enhancing the look & feel and the guest's comfort. In the meantime, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays with us and have taken your feedback about the need to upgrade the linen and on the cleanliness of the couch and curtains in a constructive manner. I am terribly sorry for this downside as this is certainly not reflective of the cleanliness standard in place at the Marriott Executive Apartments. Please note that, while the apartments have been extensively used by long-stays over the past two years due to the pandemic, we are going through a deep cleaning program for all the apartments as well as an enhancement plan to upgrade the facility and provide a greater look, feel and experience to our short-term and long-term residents when in Brussels.
