I apologize that we were not up to the Hampton standards that you know and expect. During your stay, the WIFI trunk that we are on was cut at a construction site about a mile away and it took Spectrum about 7 hours to get it repaired and the internet was back up and running by 7:00pm. It sounds like we need a threshold replacement for the door and that will block out the light and noise. Thank you for pointing that out so that we can resolve the issue.
