Somewhat of a frustrating stay.
I called many months ahead of our scheduled check in date to ask about the details regarding the airport shuttle as it is supposed to be included. They reassured me to just give them a call when we arrive at the airport and the shuttle would pick us up. I was also advised to book the shuttle for pickup when checking in and there’s no need to prebook. Turns out the shuttle actually costs $10 per room for airport pick up. Only drop off is included, this was never mentioned. Then when checking in, the shuttle time we needed for pickup was completely full and the shuttle only comes once every hour. It’s a 15 minute drive to the airport. We ended up getting an Uber. Check in was also confusing, we booked 2 rooms under one reservation and on arrival were told there was only one room booked although my confirmation email said 2 rooms. It took about 20mins and some investigating to find the other room booking.. not sure if that is a hotel or Expedia problem but either way it added to our frustrations.
Location was great, walking distance to Earls and Joey, convenience store right beside. Staff were super nice and welcoming. More clarity on the shuttle would have been better as we specifically booked this hotel for that reason.
