El lugar hermoso y super tranquilo.
Hubo que subir un par de escaleras, con maletas es siempre complicado. El internet no funcionaba correctamente.

Miente em la ubicacion
Esta mal catalogado. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Ademas miente em la ubicacion ya que se emcuentra muy lejos del centro. En general mal.

Estimado Norberto Bucich, gracias por haber estado en Villa Trigona. Me gustaría mencionar dos cosas: Está claramente indicado que la Villa no se encuentra en la ciudad. Tenemos la suerte de estar muy cerca de la ciudad que se encuentra a 1,5 km y está claro que sería imposible encontrar una villa con 5 hectáreas de terreno en el centro de la ciudad. Lamentamos no haber leído la información proporcionada por expedia: La estructura no es un hotel, sino un turismo rural de 4 estrellas. Las indicaciones y explicaciones son muy claras. Espero volver a tenerlo como invitado en el verano, ya que puede disfrutar del parque con sus aromas y colores y nuestra piscina con hidromasaje, rodeada por un jardín sensorial mediterráneo con 25 tipos de esencias diferentes. Un cordial saludo

Excelente hotel en la campiña
La Villa es hermosa antigua pero muy bien conservada tiene comodidades y espacios pequeños y deliciosos para recorrer contemplar leer o disfrutar del sol. La habitacion perfecta en limpieza y confort. Buen wifi. Desayuno riquisimo. La cena toda comida casera y tipica siciliana muy buena y a buen precio. Relacion costo servicio excelente. Es un poco lejos si estas sin auto. Pero un taxi te lleva al centro de Piazza Armerina en 10 minutos. Muy recomendable

Muy bien el edificio, malos accesos.
Buenas instalaciones sobre un antiguo palacio. A diez minutos en coche de la ciudad. Imprescindible coche. La señal wifi regular lenta y con muchos cortes, tuvimos que utililizar datos de nuestra tarifa para poder consultar cosas del viaje.El parking y accesos hasta el edificio son de tierra sin asfaltar, un rollo por manchar la maleta y los zapatos.

Lugar, casa y ámbiente, muy bueno. El desayuno esta muy bien tambien, simplemente que el huevo a mi me gusta frito y no "tipo tortilla". El personal muy agradable y dispuesto. Volveriamos a Villa Trigona.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast, especially the homemade jams and marmalades. A nice setting. Unfortunately, a number of areas for improvement. Swimming pool was not open; there were no other recreational facilities. The soccer field was overgrown; the balls flat; and, the nets had holes. There is an archery area that doesn’t seem to have been used for years. The hotel essentially has an 11 pm curfew, because there is no one at the reception to open the gates — this is quite inconvenient if returning late from dinner or from Agrigento. One of our rooms had a damp odor. We had issues with laundry. Having sought and received confirmation in advance that the hotel had laundry services, we were surprised to be told at check in that there was no laundry service. Later, another receptionist confirmed that there was laundry service but not on that day. We had our laundry done the next day; some of the items were returned so wrinkled that we couldn’t wear them! 10 Euros per person’s laundry should have had better service.

Gestione disorganizzata, il cancello d'ingresso sia di giorno che di notte è costantemente chiuso provocando disagio ai Clienti costringendoli a telefonare, mancano i telecomandi. Atrio ingresso pieno di pietrisco a terra e così via. Voto organizzazione appena sufficiente.

Tutti i servizi della struttura sono dedicati esclusivamente agli ospiti alloggiati , conseguentemente il cancello viene tenuto chiuso per garantire la privacy ed evitare intrusioni. L'apertura del cancello, controllata da telecamere , viene richiesta tramite pulsanti posti nelle immediatezze e ben segnalati da cartelli . Chi sceglie una struttura in campagna si attende e desidera trovare un sito naturale ed il meno contaminato dal cemento. Grazie .

Amazing hotel, very stylish, clean, wonderful breakfast, I wish all hotels would get as close to the standard of villa Trigona. Dinner was wonderful, so the breakfast.

Ringrazio il gentile ospite che ha ben compreso uno dei grandi pregi di Villa Trigona : essere immersa nel verde in un parco di ben 50.000 mq e trovarsi a ridosso ( 1 km ) del centro abitato . Una posizione privilegiata che in Sicilia è molto difficile incontrare .

Beautiful villa in the countryside close to town
This is a beautiful okd villa that has been in the same family for generations which the same family has turned into a bnb. The breakfast was the only thing la lcking- not very good. But the room was a good size, very comfy bed, and the room was heated!!! Its late October and rainy so it was nice to be toasty warm. I would definitely stay there again. Beautiful grounds.

Eravamo arrivati in Sicilia per realizzare un sogno, consapevoli di trovare bellezza e simpatia. Le abbiamo trovate entrambe benché sia arrivata l'emergenza Coronavirus. Giunti a Villa Trigona, le nostre aspettative sono però state ampiamente superate. Ci siamo trovati in un ambiente da favola, all'improvviso catapultati in un'altra epoca ed accolti, malgrado i problemi che la nostra presenza creava, con naturale e signorile cordialità. Luogo ideale per isolarsi, fuggire, seppur momentaneamente, dalla realtà e godere la pace dell'ampio e bellissimo giardino. Siamo ripartiti con dispiacere ma con la certezza di volerci tornare in un periodo più sereno.

A quirky property - and a quirky reception. Two young African lads are the public face of the property (at least they were when we were there) although the owner's granddaughter also made a brief appearance. Grandma was asleep in her wheelchair with her back to the visitors in what had been the breakfast room earlier each day. A gentleman who might have been the owner/owner's son, who spoke no English, got one of the lads to translate when I asked if we could get our boarding passes printed. Everything very informal - we asked to have dinner on both our evenings there, but didn't know the price until we checked out! (A very modest 27 Euros each, including generous wine - for a 4 course dinner of delightfully simple local dishes). We had room 102, a superior double, at an equally modest price, which had a comfortable large double bed, a small but adequate shower, and (unusually) adequate storage for clothes. Furnished with an assortment of furniture of varying vintages, with French windows which would have been lovely in the summer. Provided you are ready for a rustic experience, with good simple food, and don't expect luxury, this is an ideal place to stay to visit the Villa Romana Dei Casale, for the stunning mosaics, a few Km away.

Nice stay.
The location is lovely and peaceful. They were very accommodating to my wife’s dietary needs. The food was abundant and competently prepared. I didn’t think it was as creative as other places we’ve stayed.

Lovely old building full of character with a beautiful courtyard where breakfast and dinner are served. Great swimming pool and grounds for relaxing. Good location for visiting the Villa Romana - 15 mins by car. Rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The aircon is centrally controlled, and we found it a bit warm at night. Dinner (27 euro pp) was excellent - 4 courses plus wine. The staff are very friendly.

De locatie is heel mooi en authentiek.Het avondmaal (optie) is een echte aanrader. De airco in de kamer kan je niet zelf regelen en deze maakt redelijk veel lawaai.

Superbe cadre conforme à la description sur le site. Repas du soir très copieux et diversifié, très bon petit déjeuner. La piscine est grande avec 2 profondeurs. Nous sommes à proximité de la maison romaine. Je recommande ce site car en plus nous avons le calme et les oiseaux.

Mitarbeiter eher unfreundlich. Geräumiges Zimmer jedoch ohne Aussicht, da vorne dran noch ein Zimmer angebaut wurde. Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Der Safe im Zimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Obwohl wir zweimal gebeten haben, diesen zu öffnen, wurde nichts unternommen. Das Abendessen hätte besser und schmackhafter sein können. Am 2. Abend haben wir auswärts gegessen. Da wir befürchteten später als 22:30 Uhr zurückzukehren, haben wir nach einer Möglichkeit für das Öffnen des Eingangstores gefragt. Man hat uns eine Fernbedienung gegeben und versichert, diese würde funktionieren. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Zum Glück haben wir diese jedoch vor Abfahrt ausprobiert. Wir bekamen dann eine mit einem Schlüssel dran, was auch funktioniert hat. Frühes Check-out um 10:30 Uhr wird verlangt.
