It was a good stay overall, the only thing was that they do the cleaning of the room every other day, unless you ask in advance, and if you forhet like my case when I return to my room it was undo.

This hotel is near the midway, but my experience was terrible when I arrived at the hotel, they demanded a deposit of 50 for each night I stayed more than 5, in addition to 25 for the parking lot, cleaning you have to notify reception so that they can do the cleaning if you don't You say they don't do bad attention at reception by the staff one day the fire alarm went off and we got scared we went out to the parking lot but it was a false alarm but the staff didn't guide us when leaving the hotel they told me that the deposit I had left would be returned in 4 days later but 25 days have passed and they did not return my money I spoke to the hotel to tell them and the manager did not give me an answer lack of ethics on the part of the staff and the hotel I have stayed in other hilton hotels but it is the first that I this happens very bad experience and obviously I do not recommend this hotel ...

Muy recomendable !
El hotel esta en un pequeño complejo que tiene 5 hoteles mas del mismo tipo y de otras marcas asi como un par de restaurantes. La zona es segura y adyacente al aeropuerto de Midway. Por las restricciones del Covid, no hubo desayuno buffet, pero daban una cajita con yogurth, fruta y pan. Cafe si habia siempre. La habitacion muy limpia y confortable. habia frigo.

Another bait and switch! Nowhere does the hotel website or Expedia state a $$ nightly parking fee! I booked one night in this hotel, was given the room rate and taxes only. When I checked in late at 10:30 PM, I was told about the hidden parking charge! I was there less than 7 hours total! Also, a mandatory incidentals hold was put on my card! This is above and beyond rediculous! There were no incidentals available for purchase in the room but they hold up your card. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS CHAIN AGAIN FOR CHARGING TO PARK AT THEIR HOTEL! IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO BRING YOU MY BUSINESS AND MONEY BUT WAIT UNTIL I CHECK IN TO FIND OUT THAT I AM BEING FORCED TO PAY AN UNADVERTISED PARKING FEE! THE LISTING READS, "PARKING AVAILABLE" ONLY! WHAT BUSINESS DOESN'T OFFER PARKING? NEVER AGAIN! SHAME ON EXPEDIA FOR NOT BEING HONEST ABOUT ALL FEES!!

I would’ve gave a high rating on everything, but the toiletries was not restocked. For the toiletries EVERY guest uses the same. They have three dispensers over the tub, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Then the lotion was attached to the wall over the sink. I feel this can spread germs. Unsanitary, don’t know what people have on their hands to touch the pump or if someone put anything in them. Discussing.They did have one small single bar of hand soap. One of the towels had orange stains like kool-aid. Other than that lady at the desk was friendly and I felt safe.

I checked in on Monday and my room did not receive any service until Thursday. i ran out of toilet tissue and coffee and everything. We paid for the use of the conference room and ice water for every day for the week and it was only filled @ of the 5 days.

This hotel is close to Midway airport with lots of dining options within walking distance. It was clean but not particularly quiet. The guests next door to our room were pretty loud into the early morning hours the night we stayed. Earplugs worked great. Bed was comfortable and parking was easy.

Hotel and room were clean. Wouldn’t mind going back. Hate you have to pay for parking when anyone can still go inside the parking lot but other than that it’s good.
