Bastante buena. Habitaciones limpias, buen servicio la piscina del hotel está muy bien , aunque el precio es muy alto y no incluye siquiera el desayuno

There was a lady in housekeeping named Leslie that went above and beyond and was the most pleasant person! She was super friendly and positive and I enjoyed our conversations! Everyone there was great but she really stood out!

Housekeeping is very poor. I felt I need to sleep in my clothes. You can see it was a new property but poorly taken care of. Also the whole place reeks of bacon grease.

I have stayed here numerous times and I have the best service every time! The staff is so friendly! I also enjoy having the restaurant and bar with live piano music. It's a nice way to relax at the end of the day.

Came into Panama City for a basketball tournament. Front desk and restaurant manager were awesome. Rooms were clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the inside pool and small convenience store they had. My only negative was the server they had on morning shift in the restaurant. I think her name was Sarah. She was extremely rude to everyone that came for breakfast with me. She act like she didn’t want to serve us. She didn’t greet with a smile or anything. Then proceeded to wave us away like we were bothering her.

Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff - Needs a Good Cleaning
The decor and finishings are beautiful - but our room needed a good, deep cleaning. After showering, there was water on the bathroom floor - we used a towel to wipe it up - when finished, the towel was full of dirt and grime. We did not take our shoes off while in our room.

The place was awesome and clean as well as friendly customer service from staff. The light in the bathroom was about to go out it was ongoing blinking. Other than that everything was fine. The bartender was awesome. The cook last night was kinda rude but he was tired probably.
