Muy mal no isieron limpieza estuve 4 noches no isieron limpieza ni 1 dia les pedi una bolsa para la basura y me dijeron que fuera a la tienda a comprarla es pecimo el trato

Gracias por su evaluación. Somos un condominio, lo que significa que no hacemos limpiezas diarias, como un hotel, usted paga una tarifa de limpieza para que la unidad se limpie después del check-out. Para las bolsas de basura, no ofrecemos comodidades después de lo que ya se proporciona.

Todo bien menos el tema del parqueo. Nunca pude parquear después de las 7 pm en el hotel y como yo muchos huéspedes.pagamos un estacionamiento y tuvimos que buscar parqueos alrededores

We are sorry for the inconvenience of the parking. Due to limited parking on site we have a over flow parking lot right next door to the building.

Muy mala la atención de hoteles.com
Fue agradable aunque no era lo que había reservado. Íbamos dos familias y reservamos 2 apartamentos cuando llegamos al hotel solo nos dieron 1 apartamento con 2 habitaciones en el hotel nos dijeron que solo en hoteles.com habían solicitado un apartamento y si nos cobraron los dos . Nos comunicamos con hoteles.com y hasta ahora no hemos tenido respuesta de ellos . Llevamos 3 días después de haber llegado de las vacaciones y no nos han hecho devolución del dinero restante ni un correo por parte de ellos resolviendo nuestro inconveniente.

EL hotel esta muy bien, la ubicacion tambien y su playa tambien, solo que seria mejor poner el precio total desde el principio por habitacion, ya que al llegar al hotel debes de pagar $ 40 USD por dia para un seguro de danios y $60 dolares por la limpieza, y la limpieza solo te la van a hacer hasta que desocupas la habitacion. La alberca la abren muy tarde, yo sali a las 10:00 am y todavia no estaba abierta.

Security people were friendly and accomodaing. Rest of the staff not so. Good location across from Sharkey's but running toilet, lack of supplies in room, very hard to reach someone in late afternoon or morning, couldn't drink even water by the pool, and staff weren't very friendly

Unit had problems. No light in living area. Dining light out. Mattress was worn out, sank to box springs. No clerk on duty! 3 other previous stays no problems. After this time, don’t think I will again!!

Great location…map would have been helpful.
Overall our stay was very pleasant. It would have been nice if the welcome packet had a map of the property and list of amenities. Or a map near/on the elevators. It is a sizable facility with multiple banks of elevators, so some additional signage would have been helpful. Great location! Beach access directly across the street was wonderful.

Right across the street from the beach. Easy check-in and beautiful view. The room is clean and nice. The view was perfect though. We spent several hours laying in bed just staring at the beach and ocean.

Great location, property needs work
We had to buy some utensils for the kitchen, the washing machine did not spin enough water out of our clothes, and the pull out couch was completely broken. So much that sitting on the couch when not pulled out was uncomfortable. Bathroom had mold/mildew growing all over the ceiling. And our balcony door was too hard to open.

Clean and friendly
The condo was clean and comfortable the staff was friendly. The security man out front was very nice. I noticed on reviews the elevators were slow, I was a little concerned about this, but we had no problems. The only downside about our stay is we could never get any bath cloths. We asked several times, and they never had any available. We had to purchase our own toilet paper. Only one roll was supplied for our 4 day stay.

Our stay was uncomfortable. Upon our first day of arrival, we could not use the fridge, stove or microwave as they informed us new ones were going to be places the following day. The next day, we were woken up by loud knocking as it was the maintenance personnel who were there to remove the old appliances and install the new ones. This was about 8am. The children were woken up as the personnel were talking very loudly, practically shouting the whole time. After the appliances were installed, the personnel did not clean up the mess they left which was dust, chipped pieces of styrofoam, cardboard. Etc. we had to clean up the mess. Then our next issue was with our neighbors. They complained about the couple of shoes that were outside the door, claiming there was a mess of sand (which there is a beach across the street, it is normal to have some residue of sand) then we had issues with the neighbors smoke alarm constantly going off. We tried speaking to someone at the front counter but there were numerous times where there was no one in the front counter. Overall, our stay was not comfortable and not what we imagined

The property was lovely, but I feel that they need to do better bout the pool hours because the nighttime is a good time to wind down, and it shouldn't be a closing hour because the property has security. Also, I was told I couldn't get any tissue because they don't give out tissue or housekeeping. So my point is, how is one roll of tissue sufficient for a customer staying over a day and not doing housekeeping? The rooms are too expensive for them not to provide more tissue rolls. Other than that, it was a good place and beautiful.

We enjoyed the fact that the property has a marketplace store and a department store on the first floor. Easy access to the beach. The room itself was poor. The mattress was very old and lumpy. The pull out sofa was an absolute disaster for my kids to sleep on. One child ended up sleeping on the floor. They charge a $150 property tax on top of the room fee which ends up like a 4 star price but not a 4 star room.
