The staff doesn’t help with luggage when you get out of car. They stare at you. They told me I had an incidental charge. I said I didn’t have any charges other than noodles I bought for a small amount. I gave them the money and they didn’t have change so they kept the change. Then they called me saying they forgot to charge tax. Kept harassing me every 30 mins to pay. I’m in a rush to catch my flight. Harassment for a few dollars. I showed proof I am waiting for the bank to approve payee. Don’t stay here.

The staff and their hospitality is very poor. They don't even smile at you. Rude behaviour and looks like they just are doing their job in pressure. No valet parking, to swim, you need swimming cap, if you don't have they will ask you to pay 200rs per person for it. And don't know why photography is not allowed near swimming pool. Useless rules. And grass around the rooms are not well maintained.

The rudest check-in experience and staff. First they refused to honor my Expedia booking and I had to pay separately (it was a pre-paid booking). Then I had a friend visiting and they refused to allow them to hang out in my room. Never seen service as bad.

We got your booking cancelled with refund and the direct booking was offered to you as per the same charges.Also, as per club policy we allow visitor's only till 2000hrs to guest room which is mentioned on the registration card signed by you.We apologize for the inconvenience and would request you to visit our property again to serve you for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Good hotel, good location
The hotel was very well located, mostly friendly and accommodating staff. My only issue with the hotel is the STRONG synthetic smelling room freshners used in all the rooms which really gave me a massive headache. I had to check 4 rooms before I was forced to upgrade to a room with a balcony to open the doors and get fresh air in, i.e. I had to pay extra just to get normal air into my room. I highly recommend the Spa/salon and Kiran who gives the most wonderful massage. Food was good. Too many plastic flowers around for my personal liking but that can be ignored.

I liked all the staff they are all perfect & very helpful with smile. I do not liked the rooms & bathrooms as they need some maintenance or renovation. Bed was very hard & not comfortable

Check-in takes gruelling 15-20 minutes every time. I expect faster check-in as in other hotels especially on nights when I am already tired. I am not sure why I am being provided sub-standard rooms when my colleagues get better rooms for same price. Just to be sure, I have confirmed that they did not get any sort of upgrade or such. I think that when they run out of rooms in hotel they allocate rooms in apartments which are not up to standard considering the price paid. I have stayed a total of 4 nights so far here and its not good. I have moved on to other hotels in recent stay.

I like that it is more resort or club like rather than a typical hotel. It gives a good amount of privacy. I would recommend this place.

Great value for money !!
I stayed here during my business trip and was very impressed with the quality of room, breakfast spread and overall ambiance. The rooms are specious, very clean and with all amenities. The breakfast spread was excellent and very delicious. The location is also very nice. Overall very happy with the property and will look forward to stay here again.

Uncomfortable
Considering I was in Gurugaon for business, I needed everything ready and in order to accommodate me as I rush around for meetings. First day I apologized for being in a rush, and they just didn't care and nobody seemed like they knew what they were doing. Card machines weren't working to pay, hotel key card didn't work twice. I felt really uncomfortable, especially when someone asked me if my husband will be joining me. As a 26 year old girl, I felt very uncomfortable, so I had my friend keep me company as I packed my bags to leave, and we even had to pay extra to have a guest enter the room for half an hour. It was a strange experience and all around I felt a hostility there I'm very unhappy with.

The name of the hotel suggests that it is situated in a spacious area but instead the building is situated in the heart of a rundown area. Besides that the hotel appeared to be a very popular wedding location which caused a lot of disturbance for other guests. It was very noisy and the pool was not accessible because of this. Our room looked out on another building and had lots of technical problems. The price- quality is definitely off balance. We had a nice meal in the restaurant Senses and breakfast is also good.

It is a Good property that can do much better if the staff is more courteous and supportive. The staff, including the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff requires a lot of Customer service training.
