Great hotel. It is located in a very nice area of Denton but is quite peaceful and quiet to rest. Has a amazing view to a small lake. The rooms are a great size and most important for us was that it was pet friendly.

Handicapped accessible room beds are too tall for transfer of handicapped person from a standard wheelchair to the bed. The beds were approx. 10" too tall and hotel could not provide a lifting device, such as a Hoyer lift, to safely transfer individual from a standard wheelchair to the bed. I was forced to use the ironing board that was in the room in order to get her in the bed; it was very risky.

Nice clean room, yummy breakfast with lots of options, and staff was friendly. They even made goodie bags for the Solar Eclipse (the reason we were in town). Highly recommend!

The hotel boosts some wonderful staff, and very clean rooms. The hotel is in a great spot for visiting TWU! And it was so quiet I actually slept really well.

Overall a good property . Nice spaces . Kitchen was in good conditions even if not used . Bathroom shows some back edges that require better cleaning but rest was good. Bathroom shampoo bottle was almost empty . Breakfast was ok . A little bit too greasy. Not enough orange juice . Not enough coffee. Had to ask to be refilled . Service was excellent Cleaning staff very attentive and polite Recommended

Everything was great except one thing...we were on the 3rd floor. The person staying above us was up and down all night. We new this because the ceiling creeked loudly every time he/she moved woke me up every time 😢. Besides that it was great.

The property wa very convenient, the rooms we quiet, the breakfast was good, the breakfast staff was very friendly. They did not ever clean my room or refresh my linens for the stay, the signage states every other day - i checked in Monday amd out Friday. The shower area could have been cleaner and the room could use some refreshing.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. The rooms are huge and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is so nice and even has Texas shaped waffles. Fantastic value for the price.

Looks like we got a room for pets. Lots of dog hair, we stayed here because we had a wedding to go to, got ready here and couldn’t get dog hair off our clothes. Don’t have a pet. Not happy!
Cabinets looked dirty and all scratched up, if I had an animal, I would expect this but not in this case.
The room smelled like pea, Didn’t have time to get them to change out rooms for us we were pressed for time.to get dressed and ready for wedding, and came in from a fairly long road trip.
Not sure what this is on this chair.it’s nasty. These are picks I took last night when we returned from the wedding at 2am.

Exceptional stay
Loved our suite. Had an issue with the toilet. It was fixed promptly and they apologized for the inconvenience. We were unable to get Hilton points since we booked on a third party. Breakfast had healthy options. Yaaay !Friendly & welcoming staff. Super comfortable. Would stay again except for area congestion. Restaurants nearby are ok. Loved the lake & parking was adequate. Thank you.
