This is a very good hotel. You can relax and be safe. Easy to go to the airport and with a good transportation and on time. The personnel are very supportive to the customers.

pésima atención
pésimo. me hicieron pasar la tarjeta de credito cuando llegué y dijeron que estaba OK. Al día siguiente me dijeron que o había funcionado y que la pasara de nuevo, lo hice y dijeron que ahí si había quedado OK. Y esa noche, a las 00.30am me llamaron (y despertaron) para decirme que en realidad no había pasado.... cuando llegue había una larga fila para el check in, con sólo 1 persona atendiendo.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Got locked out of room . Cards didn’t work and even front desk couldn’t open it had to call someone to fix it. Manager was wonderful front desk not so friendly

Room was renovated and clean. However, staff were not much motivated to assist in checking in and out. They had no cleaned room to offer except a handicapped room.

The hotel itself was great, however the front desk staff complete opposite. I waited for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel for 1 hour. Every time I called I was told “I don’t know where the driver is.” After I was told he was going to be there every 30 minutes. When he did show up, he took a whole shuttle full of flight attendants after they were only there for minutes. I was told I have to continue to wait and that he would have to return. It was very frustrating after traveling and it being cold and dark.

It is a convenient location, near DTW, next to a bunch of other hotels. It is a choice for many flight attendants. I can hear their voices through the door. People are wonderful in general. They gave me a personal hard time perhaps due to miscommunication, though. I checked in with the knowledge that my room comes with a breakfast for which I thought I paid for, according to the lady who checked me in. But apparently I remembered wrong, according to another lady who checked me out. The lady who took my order at the bistro bar must had a rough morning, as if I was not worth of her time. She was fine a minute ago with another guy. Nevertheless, there goes another 20 dollars for a light breakfast. I can sympathize all these, but I will probably not return for another night.

Very easy checkin, rooms spacious and clean. Unfortunately they advertise a small bar and restaurant, but they were closed on Monday Jan 1. I got the impression it is hit or miss that they will be open. We walked next door to the Marriott. Excellent food and service. Would be hard to walk there if we had had snow.

I've stayed here many times and it is just fine if you have a flight out of DTW. There is construction going on right now so not as attractive as usual but it doesn't really interfere with your stay.

Horrible shuttle service and unfriendly staff
The courtesy shuttle never showed up at the airport and when I called the hotel they would put me on hold for 30+ minutes at a time. The front desk person was very rude and not helpful at all.
