Siguen mejorando
la ultima reforma realizada en el hotel lo vuelve a poner a muy buen nivel, el confort durante el desayuno es notable

Hotel comodo cumple las expectativas
El hotel da justo lo q ofrece, la actitud del personal es variable, es decir; unos tienen excelente actitud y otros todo lo contrario, la habitacion estuvo comoda y bien mantenida, sin embargo las alfombras del pasillo dejan mucho q desear, el desayuno es super basico sin grandes sorpresas

I liked the cleanliness, but first night we stayed had Constrution in room right next to us at 8 in morning, then that night had people in hall way fighting and yelling till mid night then cops finally showed up.

Liked the property. Didn’t like having to call front desk on four occasions about people next door being extreme loud, slamming door and yelling. Thought it took to long before issue was solved.

We loved the room! The bed was extremely comfortable, the hot tub was great and the restaurant including breakfast was amazing.

We paid for our room with expedia and got to the hotel and didnt know there was a 100 dollar deposit and it has to be on card . So i was told theres a 50 dollar deposit but apparently thats only on weekdays . The doors slam loud and as for pool no one enforce the rules there were a bounch of teens jumping in and splashing being super loud we have a baby and a autistic 5 year old so we had to leave the pool.not satisfied by any means

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times back when the palace of Auburn hills was still in use. We like the convenience of how close it is to Great Lakes Crossing. We also loved getting food and beer flights from O'Malley's Pub. Expedia advertises this as being the restaurant onsite so we booked a stay with our 1 and 3 year old this weekend. It’s not O’malleys anymore.. the restaurant onsite now had horrible evening service (so so slow) but breakfast waitress was very attentive. The pool was freezing. There were no clean towels. There was peanuts and food floating in hot tub & a little girl eating in it (where were your parents?) Certainly didn’t feel clean. The bathroom in the room is what makes it or breaks it for me. Ours had hair and a very thick toenail on the floor & the shower curtain had ripped holes in it. Definitely ready to be retired. Sadly, this is no longer a favorite of ours and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The lobby and onsite restaurant do look high end/ nice design choices BUT it appears rundown / not well kept.

Everything was great besides the family pizza party going on in the pool area and all the kids in the hot tub. By the time 9 came and it was adult only the hot tub looked disgusting.

Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was dirty and dated. I did enjoy the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Overall average hotel, not worth the price.

The furnace in the room was super loud and I couldn’t sleep. The area around the pool needed to be cleaned. Same garbage was there the night before and in the later morning around 11am

So much bromine in the pool just being near it burned my eyes. Kids hollering up and down the hallways late at night. Tv was out half the night cause they have satellite and there was a storm.
