Más de una hora para pasar seguridad!
Hubo un embotellamiento GIGANTESCO en la fila para pasar seguridad para accesar a todas las salas , un caos que duró al menos una hora para nosotros! El resto bien excepto qué hay pocas opciones para comer en nuestra sala en comparación con otros aeropuertos

Sí pagos la tarifa de promoción te dan un cuarto en la parte de atrás, con muy mal olor, me cambiaron 2 veces hasta que me dieron uno en la parte nueva, y que seguido tienen problemas con el internet y te piden que llames a soporte técnico, si la tarifa es por ese servicio no la promocionen

I reserved a room with 2 beds. Upon check in we were given a handicapped room to have 2 beds. That was ok until we got to room and saw that the shower sprayer only was 2 feet tall. High enough for someone sitting on a shower bench, or in a wheel chair. When I requested another room I was told " we have a large hockey team here and have no other rooms". So I thought we were stuck with this room. At 10 p.m. I went to take a bath, and after running hot water for ten minutes I had none. I called front desk, who called engineering. They arrived at 11:30 p.m. They could not fix the problem and said they would inform the front desk that we should be moved to a new room. The next morning I went to front desk and they had a different room for us. Now you cant tell me that room wasn't available when we checked in. Poor customer service!

Very friendly staff. Nice facility. Clean. Location of Our room enable noise from people In the bar to be heard in our room. We were hoping for a swim In the indoor pool but water was too cold. Park near the building not out in side lot.

マリオットということである程度の水準は当然と思って行ったが、裏切られた。 スタッフの態度は悪く、ため息をつきながらチェックインの受付をされた。 レストランの店員もなかなか席を用意しないでほったらかし。 室内も設備が古い。 ホテルの顔である正面玄関脇の植木鉢には植物は植えられておらず、植え込みの中にタバコの吸い殻が転がっていた。 空港への無料バスは寒空の下、客が10人以上待っているにも関わらず、運転手が遅れてやって来る。 経営者の常識を疑う。もう二度と泊まらない。
