Everything was pretty good but the breakfast was pretty sad… frozen cheese omelette warmed up, oatmeal cold, no coffee set up by the breakfast area had to go over to the check in desk and it tasted old and burnt. Pool was ok and room was good

We checked in late at night and we were greeted in a timely and friendly manner. Our room was clean and comfortable. We have stayed here before and will stay here again if we are in the area again. Thank you.

The hotel served the purpose intended. The check in clerk was not very attentive to the front desk. But James, at the desk when we checked out was very attentive and friendly. James was very helpful in helping me when we found out that we had left our keys in the room (the next day). James secured the keys until we had them picked up.

Everything looked very clean. The 24 hr coffee and tea bar stocked and neatly organized. Breakfast was great! Food was tasty and hot. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and kind! Thank you for the service, excellent place and would love to go back!

We picked this hotel for location. It did not disappoint. We were totally satisfied with our accommodations. We would like to recognize Oksana at the front desk. She was very welcoming. It is rewarding to see the great work ethic she displayed.

My wife and I were impressed with everything about the Hampton Inn, Novi, except that when we went down for breakfast. The food was good and the selections fine, but we'd suggest that the TV be tuned to a station where one might get the news of the day. Instead we had to listen to FOX NEWS which, for the entire time we were having breakfast, what a horrible president Joe Biden was and how badly America was doing since he arrived. Apparently a slander judgement of $787,000,000 hasn't taught them much. How about CNN or Good Morning America? After all, it's only breakfast.

Klassisches Roadside Hotel
Klassisches Amerikanisches Roadside Hotel. Service gut mir war das Zimmer Richtung Highway zu laut wurde aber sehr zuvorkommend getauscht. Bei der Klimaanlage (die in einer sehr angenehmen Lautstärke arbeitet) gibt es zwar ein Wandpanel das ändert aber nichts am Gerät. Wenn man alles am Gerät einstellt geht es somit auch kein großes Thema. Ansonsten normaler Standart nicht nagelneu aber auch nicht abgewohnt. Zimmerservice kommt nur wenn man es anfragt.
