Great Guest House. Close to town and harbour.
On the way to Brixham I had a medical emergency which kept me in A&E at Bristol for some time. Consequently we arrived at 22.50 pm and Steve and Matt couldn't have been more helpful and sympathetic. They made every effort to make our stay easy and relaxing. They have made Redlands a very comfortable (the beds are sooo good) stylish place to be in and the full English is superb. Their attention to catering for just about everyone's tastes is outstanding and they are clearly enthusiastic in their work. They are also very excited about Brixham. This is a great place to stay run by two very nice fellas.

Great little BnB
Lovely hosts who made sure I had a good stay. Room was exactly what I needed. A short walk to town with the ability to park my car. Great food, great travel tips. Overall a lovely experience. Highly recommended.

Little Gem!
Fantastic friendly hotel, lovely rooms that are tastefully decorated, good food, good service. We have friends in the area and would stay there again without hesitation.

Very clean
Room exceptionally clean, very well decorated and with good facilities. Unfortunately the room's position on the ground floor didn't lend itself to privacy as was right next to front door/ dining room/ entry hall and was noisy at times as a result. Wifi connection was poor in the room, but we were assured this wasn't normally the case. Breakfast was good and the hosts were helpful and provided the right balance of friendliness and discretion.

Highly recommend
The room was super clean and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located to beaches and restaurants. It was an easy walk to town center for dinner. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The proprietors were very knowledgable and offered great advice for day trips. I'd stay here again. Great value.

Brixham short stay
The owners are very welcoming and sociable, nothing too much trouble. The breakfasts are superb offering more variety than usual traditional full english etc. Would certainly stay there again if in the area. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Stay
I am happy to say that Steven & Matt did everything to make our stay extremely comfortable. One person has extensive food allergies and they took all that in stride and made us a fantastic breakfast everyday and there were no issues with the food. We couldn't have asked for more. They were very attention to detail. Great going guys and we can't wait to come back.

Very nice, 10 minutes walk to Brixham harbour
After having a long journey, I was welcomed by Steve, a very attentive and friendly host. The house was quiet and charming, a good place to rest and relax. Next morning, the English breakfast was done to perfection, setting me up for the day.

Very nice B&B - tasty breakfast!
Nice clean bed and breakfast within 20 minutes walk of the town centre. Warm welcome and very helpful hotelier. Safe off road parking. Recommend

Had a long weekend at The Redland. Couldn't have picked a better hotel if we'd have tried. Already planning next, longer stay

Fab B&B, run by great hosts
Lovely B&B run by great guys. Breakfast was excellent. Only a short 10 mins walk to harbour with shops to look at on way! The bed was lovely and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Brixham's gem
We stayed one night as a stopover & what a gem we found. We cannot fault it. Very friendly & the breakfast was the hottest & best breakfast we'd had in a very,very long time. We wish them every success, they deserve it.

There was a very warm welcome at Redlands. The room comfortable & very clean. Breakfast was good. We would recommend this hotel & would definitely stay there again if we return to Brixham.

A Little Heaven In Devon
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, what a wonderful few days, the only negative thing I have to say is I had to go home. Great place to stay, food was 1st class, such friendly caring people. can't wait to return for more of the same.

Very comfortable B&B, very clean and the food was good. There is also residents parking which is a real bonus. The walk to the harbour front only about 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

Redlands Rendezvous
A great base for Brixham and the Torbay area. Within walking distance of Brixham harbour, and also close to a bus stop for further afield. The bus service was cheap and very regular, meaning we could relax and leave our car parked in the guest house car park (we understand this is something of a luxury for hotels and guest houses in this location). Overall a brilliant week, and the owners couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.

Immaculate guest house. Free WiFi and car park. Ten minutes walk from harbour area. Great breakfast. Clean comfortable room and beds. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent Find
Typical B&B, but with very personable and friendly owners. My room was a small double, but the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and the en-suite was spotless, whilst the breakfast was also terrific! I understand that the place has recently changed owners, so we'll see if standards are maintained?

Brixham getaway
We had a number of special requirements because of serious illness. Both before and after our 3 separate night stays (within a week) Matt was happy to accommodate us and nothing was too much trouble. We had 3 different rooms, some with baths, some with showers but all were well equipped and the free wi-fi was easy to connect to which is always a plus! We are very happy to recommend this small hotel and it's new-ish owners..

New owners were friendly and accommodating, We felt very comfortable and at ease there. Handy car park, short walk to the town centre and bay. Good size rooms, very clean and comfortable and it represented excellent value for money.

Excellent stay
Excellent welcome by Steve and Matt who were friendly and helpful. Short walk in to town. Very enjoyable breakfasts with vegetarians catered for. Only recently taken over by new owners who are I am sure will definately succeed at their new venture as they excel in their abilities to provide a lovely guest house which could not be faulted in any way. Highly recommended and we hope to return.

Very friendly hosts made our stay very enjoyable. The guest house was very conveniently located - easy walking distance to the main shopping area and the quay. Also, conveniently close to a bus stop for the coach to Paignton and Torquay. Great stay and would happily stay again when in Brixham

The Redland, one of Brixham's gems.
On arrival we were met with a very warm welcome from Matthew one of the owners, who showed us around and carried our cases up to our room, which was very clean and tidy.Tea and coffee provided in room,Hairdrier, shampoo,soap and shower gel. The breakfast was A1,good selection of fresh fruit, yogurt,cereal,fruit juices,Full English and toast,Tea or Coffee.An excellent quality of service all round. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked to stay again later in the year.

Nice hotel close to coastal path
New owners had just taken over on the day we arrived. They were very friendly and welcoming. As we are vegetarians and so wouldn't be having a full cooked breakfast, a fresh fruit salad was provided instead.

My first B&B experience
Unbelievably friendly welcome. Pete was very nice and gave us all the information we could of hoped for. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast (included in room rate) was without fault (although a little early for us lol)

A well presented B&B providing ample off-street parking. Just 10 Minutes walk to the Harbour. Excellent Breakfast. Room was modest, quiet and very clean. Excellent Value during our 2 day Easter break.

Friendly guesthouse.
We enjoyed our stay. The owners are very welcoming and the food was lovely. The room was clean and perfectly adequate, although the bed seemed pretty small (It was ok for us, but we're not big people, if you're 6-footers you might struggle to get comfy) So, in summary: pretty good value, car-parking, friendly service and good food.

Good b&b convenient location
A friendly and helpful couple own this lovely house and make excellent English breakfast. The house has lovely old features and lots of pictures in corridors and stairs. Bedroom was ok size for us and would have been bigger if we hadn't requested an extra bed for daughter who then couldn't come! An easy walk into Brixham and convenient for drive to kingswear for the ferry
