Die Stadtvilla wurde 1907 als Einfamilienhaus erbaut, wobei der klassisch englische Stil der Einrichtung, die Atmosphäre und der individueller Service unsere Gäste denken lassen, Sie seien in eine längst vergangene Zeit gereist, als Liebe zu Details noch großgeschrieben wurde. Die Stadtvilla befindet sich in einem alten Villenviertel, welche nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist und bietet eine optimale Kombination aus ruhiger und zentraler Lage an. Aufgrund der guten Nahverkehrsanbindung unseres Hotels, sind wir sehr froh, dass wir unseren Gästen eine Fahrkarte für das gesamte VRR-Gebiet als Serviceangebot ausstellen können. Dies ist ein Dankeschön von uns an unsere Gäste, da wir uns wünschen, dass diese nicht nur unser Hotel, sondern auch unsere schöne Stadt gedankenlos kennenlernen können. Sich in einer neuen Stadt ein Bahnticket zu kaufen, kann oft kompliziert werden. Dear guest, Thank you very much for leaving us a feedback about your stay in our house. First of all we would like to say we are glad to read that you were satisfied with our villa and our services. To the transportation to the city center or elsewhere in Düsseldorf we would like to add the information that our guests get a ticket at the reception from us for the public transportation which is valid for all days of the stay. So, our lovely guests do not need to organize their tickets by themselves and do not need to spend additional costs on a ticket to explore Düsseldorf´s facilities. About large suitcases that you have mentioned we would like to tell that we, the receptionists, try to give our guests the most suitable room for them and their luggage. As the house was built as a private villa, every room has a different shape, and so we try to organize a room, where all the luggage does not disturb our lovely guests. We would like to mention that in every room there are special neck pillows in the wardrobe which can be used if the two ones on each bed side bed do not meet the needs. If you would have told us that, we would have let you know about those neck pillows and also we could have organized some other pillow as well. It is not so long ago that it started being so hot during the summer in Germany. Due to weather changes we also like to adapt to the different climate. As the house was built more than hundred years ago, it is not so easy to install air conditioning, however one half of all rooms of the house are having air conditioners now.
