The hotel is beautiful, staff is helpful and speak good English. Accessible by bus so for us was really helpful. The restaurant and rooftop had really good food. We had access to steam and sauna, only point was that the indoor pool was noisy as accessible to all families. Steam room could be under maintenance as some piece were going off the bench and the steam smell wasn’t always a good. Otherwise we had an amazing stay, bed so confortable and bedsheet also soft. Clean bathroom and room.

Excelente hotel en una gran ubicación
El hotel esta en el barrio de bekshitas, uno de los mejores por su cercania a los principales puntos de interés. Si bien no esta en la orilla del bosforo, solo hay que caminar unas cuadras para llegar a este y a cambio, su ubicacion en la parte alta de la colina da unas vistas impresionantes de la ciudad.

Nice property on the Bosphorus. Reasonably priced too. However the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired for. Someone ran up a fancy dinner and drinks bill and it was conveniently charged to our room. Upon discovering this at checkout, we told the receptionist this wasn’t our charge. He spent an inordinate amount of time digging up bills and calling people and wasting our time! Even pulled up the receipt which had no signature! Assumption was guilty until proven innocent! Never seen such horrendous attitude anywhere in the world.

Great place to stay. Great service and stuff. Breakfast was awesome. The only downside is the price to stay is super high and the garden view as described was not a nice view as shown in pictures. But overal I do recommend this beautiful stuff friendly hotel.

Es war zuvteuer der hotel minibar kostet da doppelt fach geld und Parkplatz auch teuer die lage ist sicher die kontrollieren dich bei betreten ins hotel auch den auto jedesmal
