Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. El depósito de seguridad se devolvió automáticamente a su tarjeta de débito cuando realizó el pago, sin embargo, es posible que su banco no acredite su cuenta durante 5 a 7 días, dependiendo de la rutina de su banco para autorizaciones retenidas. De hecho, tenemos desayuno disponible, pero ha sido limitado debido a la actual situación de pandemia que está fuera de nuestro control.

I was charged 3 different fees for my stay. I was only informed about a $50 incidental fee and my room fee. I was charged double for my room. Once from Expedia and again from the actual hotel. I will not be utilizing these services again.

Hotel.com mistake !!
Hotels.com should be a little careful and picky about their represented hotels.The first thing we saw was a refrigerator with last nights leftovers still inside... the next was a room with ONE mini-soap, ONE shampoo, ONE lotion and ONE washcloth. So having to go ask for soaps and shampoos EVERYDAY got tiring. BTW, The pictures on Hotels.com had to be older ones, cause this hotel did NOT live up to the statements.

Our sheets were dirty and when we called the front desk for new sheets, they just gave us sheets and made us change our own. I usually wouldn’t mind, but I had a 7 week old baby that was crying and I was trying to put down and with my hands full this was a big inconvenience when it should’ve been done to begin with. The breakfast was bare, but okay for a quick grab out the door.

Breakfast was very slim at 7 am Slept decent er though the bed was on hard side, had the donor disturbed signed on the doors d housekeeping still came in my to do towels and make the bed. Not your best choice.
The King bed is hard. My husband loved it but I ended up sleeping on my back with my knees supported by two pillows. A very rough night.

The property is old and outdated. Have tried to renovate but sadly all the wrong things. I actually stayed here before and not terrible. Mold was all over the vent in bathroom. Blood looking substance on shower curtain. The room was so smelly my throat started hurting immediately. Just not good.

As soon as we walked in the door, we saw a roach crawling on the floor. When we went to the front desk, the receptionist was very understanding when we told her that we couldn't stay there. However, when Expedia notified us and said that the manager refused to refund our stay, even though we did not even sit down in the room. I have requested for Expedia to attempt to notify them again before filing further complaints.

Do not recommend
Cigarette butts floating in the pool. Room absolutely disgusting, looked like chewed tobacco spit all over the wall and floor, clearly not cleaned after the prior atrocious guest. Do not recommended unless you want to thoroughly clean prior to sleeping. My family and I were driving home 12+ hours from vacation and decided to book a room for the night to drive 11 hours the next morning. Terrible idea. Should have chose elsewhere.

The property is okay, but for the cost. It's not enough at all, this is a motel All the wind doors are outside, The pool is tiny and the Wi-Fi is literally non existant. We were told by the woman checking this and that they had great wife. And it's just not true. My son was having to use his Hotspot off his phone. If we were paying $85 a month that might be okay, but we're not, we're paying more like 400.
