En general el hotel esta muy bien, el problema fue que ennla habitacion no habia clima solo un abanico de pedestal y el clima si estaba caluroso, maxime que el lado que nosntoco en el hotelnera hacianel poniente y daba de lleno elmsol en la tarde. Lo que si me sorprendio gratamente fue el desayuno esto compenso todo fue un desayuno buffete muy conpleto

Mal servicio en el restaurante, mesas sucias y sin meseros... posteriormente en recepción querían cobrarnos el desayuno sólo por entrar a ver el Bufet jajaja, no consumimos por el mismo mal servicio del área de comer. Todo lo demás bien

Too far from city centre and not worth it!!!
Location is terrible, lost in a small town/business complex and at least 25 minutes from city center but if you get rush hour you could take an hour. Staff in the bar are very nice, sleeping rooms are spacious, internet isn't free even if it appears at the moment of booking, internet doesn't work and the hotel doesn't even help you and makes you call a help line that wasn't able to help.

This hotel was nice and clean however it was listed as a VIP with Expedia and they did not honor anything for VIP. We booked a queen bed and they tried to put us in a two single bed room. When I questioned the bed arrangements they said there were upgrades to queen bed but I had to pay for the upgrade which is not how the Expedia VIP status is supposed to work! So for the price we ended up paying. I was not satisfied

Sauna und Pool Bereich in die Jahre gekommen, Duschhalterungen halb aus der Wand gerissen, Liegebereich gleicht einer Abstellkammer, keine Deko nix gemütliches, zur Erholung nicht geeignet. Handtuchausgabe an der Rezeption und nur ein Handtuch pro Person ist zu wenig.

The hotel was in a good location. Not far from the airport and not far from Frankfurt main train station. It had a small swimming pool and sauna which was great to relax in at the end of the day. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bonus and had a good choice.

Sehr unfreundliches und inkompetentes Restarantpersonal. Wir waren schon sehr oft in diesem Hotel und hätten uns bei der Bestellung von 2 Kaffees nach dem Einchecken mehr Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft erwartet.

One-Key Dissapoints; Hotel Makes Up
My first reservation experience with the new One Key merger was disappointing, but the staff at Essential Hotel lessened the disappointment. As VIP, One Key told me I would get a 20% discount at the hotel restaurant and room upgrade, if available. However, on check-in, the staff informed that One-Key had failed to communicate this to them. They could not honor the 20% promise, but even though not obligated, the hotel did grant us the room upgrade. ALL of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, were top-notch! The room was very clean; the shower pressure fantastic and comfortable. The bed mattress was firm foam, which I was not used to, so I didn't sleep well, but it could be just me. The sauna and pool were perfect in condition, cleanliness, and temperature! The value for cost you will find hard to get anywhere else, and I travel a lot!! I would definitely stay here again without question. I would just hold One-Key to their guarantees!
