Entire facility was not clean, was worn out and filthy, The bathtub was so scummy that I refused to take a bath in it, sheets were stained, countertop at sink was loose, no wake-up call service, towels had a pungent odor to them, took a good 15 minutes to get someone to the front desk for check in.

Ok for a quick stop.
The Super 8 was ok on cleanliness. No live critters that I saw. Beds were clean and overall appearance was ok. It could use a deep cleaning and outer blankets had pet hair on them. My thoughts are that they are using the wrong type of blanket that is hard to clean because of the type of material it's made from. There was no coffee maker which is important to me. I need my coffee. The desk chair was unusable. The cloth chair had a towel hanging over the back as a cover. There was a red substance on the bathroom door that we determined to be red nail polish. (I hope). There was a washer and dryer for occupant use down the hall but the dryer wouldn't dry the clothes and we put over $6 worth of quarters in before they were dry enough to wear. Overall the Super 8 was ok for a quick stop but not where I would spend many nights.

My wife is disabled we ask for a accessible room.they did not have one and did not inform us until after we got to room and found it was not accessible. She was unable to use the bathroom facilities and spent most of the night crying in pain.do not trust this motel they are jerks

The room was clean but the bathroom needed remodeling. Needed new flooring in hallway. Very basic.

Eh it was okay… it’s a room.
It is a shame that this hotel charges $25 extra (cash only) for early check-in. It doesn’t make sense as this was in a small town with plenty of rooms available… it was not mentioned anywhere on website that they charged extra for early check in and also never mentioned on phone that it was cash only.

Very dated furnishings. Walls needed paint. Bath fixtures had chrome chipped and falling off. The chair in the room was stained so bad I didn't want to sit on it.

Hallways was not air conditioned and rooms needed updating. Property was generally in need of renovation. The website indicated breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Website photos of rooms looked great but rooms were worn and needed renovation.

Everything was good. The room was quet and clean. The only thing was that there was baking soda( I think?) On the carpet. Like someone sprinkled it everwywhere and forgot to vacuum it up. Otherwisw everything was good.

No staff at front desk unless you keep banging the bell. One ice machine on property and it was out of order. Toilet leaking around base every time you flush. No quick start breakfast at all. Coffee in carafe was terrible. I have stayed in a lot of motels/hotels and this was the worst. Only good thing, at least didn’t see any bugs but that was surprising!

wonder how you got check in. if no one is at front desk. bell is there for a ring. if no one there. have some patience. room you stayed in. one super nice lady checked out after 12 days. she thank us. as well she will be back. toilet was not leaking i just checked it my self. ice maching got broke on friday evening. it will get fixed on monday. you are just one those customer that no matter how good we are or how good we try. we can not make you happy. we are sorry for that.MGT.

This place was terrible. Only 2 people there -. We waited 10 min before the man came to us. No breakfast. Overall was just dirty. Not vacuumed, stunk. Bathroom tiles falling out of ceiling, shower did not work properly. Price we paid was not worth it. Just horrible. Would not recommend to any onre

No breakfast even though it said on add it had. Bed rolled to middle. Paper thin sheets Entered our room while we were out but only took the wet towel hanging in bathroom not the wash cloth didn’t do any cleaning though turned off the ac and light we had left on and cleared the time on the microwave we had set. The check in Attendant was very nice though. Room very outdated though but during Covid it is to be expected. Room was clean when we checked in though

It was advertised with continental breakfast, they only had coffee. Paid extra for a suite with jacuzzi tub, it was out of order. The curtains has cigarette burns and it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Furniture was dirty and gross. Will definitely not recommend or be back

A place to get off the road for a night.
This is an older hotel in a small town. If you need a clean place to sleep for the night this will fit the bill. Their is no breakfast, pool, or any real amenities. Is a soda and snack vending machine in the lobby.Just a place to sleep and get off the road. Right by a Walmart and several fast food places. Most hotels/motels in this area are this way. Friendly staff. We have family in the area and this is probably the nicest place to stay within an hours drive of any larger town.

i am sorry about your experience. but got me wonder you could have come to front desk express your concern. it would take less time then all the stuff you have went thru. because we do our best to satisfied each and every customer. if i am a customer i would no t see this as a sense of humor customer. i am customer to. when i am not working. and i have seen a lot. literally.

False advertising
There was no breakfast even though the website mentioned breakfast as one of their amenities. The furnishings were old and worn; I expected that but not for the furniture to be sticky. It appeared that there was only one man trying to run the motel by himself.

The furnishings leave quite a bit to be desired. Had to have the sheets changed upon arrival. The chair in the room was very dirty. There was supposed to be an included breakfast but there was none.
