Since it’s ventilation system is some how connected if other rooms people cooks something in their room you would smell it.

La propiedad está bien ubicada mas sin embargo sumamente sucia. En la habitación habían por lo menos 20 cucarachas y no es exageración. El elevador no funcionaba. Otra habitación de mi familia olía fatal y lo único que hicieron fue decir que seguramente era debido a los animales que tenían ahí adentro y enviaron a la mujer de la limpieza para echar un spray y solucionar así el problema. Por supuesto el olor continúo al siguiente día. En general fue una muy mala experiencia.

Basura CandleWoods hotel
Muy mal emes un hotel carísimo y no sirve sus aire acondicionado además tomo 45 min hacer check in por que no daben hacer check in con hotels.com Increíble 45 min para check in teniendo la reserva en la computadora tenían que revisar con que paga hoteles.com Es mi primera vez en CandleWoods y la ultima es un robo ese hotel

I was quoted 223.09 for my stay. My credit card was charged 263 and some change. When i get to the hotel the parking lot was blocked off. Had to park on the road and walk in to find out how to get in the parking lot. The guy just looked at me crazy and said you have to go around. Like I'm supposed to know. Then onnce I find my way around the parking lot when checking in, they blind side you with 5 dollar a day parking fee. Even with the parking fee the numbers don't add up. Asked for itemized biill. They daid it would be emailed. Still waiting. I've stayed here before but never again and I'll think twice before using Expedia agian if you support properties with deceptive practices.

It smelled like cigarettes walking into the check-in area. It was very rundown and cheap looking. When we got to the room there was a horrible odor that smelled like rotten onions I believe coming from the carpet. I ended up shortening my trip for just that one night because I had a lake check-in I didn’t even want to stay there. I ended up not sleeping well the entire night and feeling like I was itchy, I itched the entire night and had nightmares of bedbugs. The next morning, I was unable to take a shower, because there was a cockroach in the shower. The property did not give me back my money. They gave me a pending refund for the one day that I canceled after going back-and-forth with Expedia and Expedia gave me a $25 credit for the inconvenience. I wish I would’ve gotten a full refund because they should’ve paid me to stay there and paid me for this review. They need to fumigate and renovate if they want to stay in business. The only positive thing is that the lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly and comical and she was amazing but unfortunately the hotel was just horrible.

Staff were super helpful. Location was ok, but it was old style. Tv didn’t have basic channels, air conditioner was out dated and noisy so we left it off most nights. Refrigerator was nosy. The shower water fell more from the tub faucet than the shower head. The desk in the room is too large and a smaller would be better, then include a sitting chair

The property itself is decent for some thing quick and cheap just to sleep. Our room first room had roaches in it. Like live roaches crawling around. We switched rooms. The second room I didn’t see any roaches. We tried to shower and they have no water pressure at all. Water only came out of a few holes in the shower head. So horrible! The staff was nice though. Even about switching rooms. She even checked the second room.

Great place to stay however, there is a smell in the lobby and elevator that needs tending to. Other than that the room we clean spacious and comfortable
