Un hotel muy cómodo con excelente ubicación si te vas a mover en el centro de la ciudad. Me pareció muy bien la relación costo/beneficio.

Los baños no sircen
Nuestra experiencia fue mala ya que el baño no servia, para reportarlo fue complicado, lo reportamos y no lo arreglaron, la segunda vez que lo reportamos fueron a repararlo y dejaron la alfombra embarrada de popo, el cuarto no tenia ventanas era muy encerrado el cuarto y el olor era muy malo, el baño no sirvio los demas dias nunca fueron a repararlo, ninguno de los dias de nuestra estancia fueron a hacer la limpieza.

El hotel está bastante bien, pero el servicio es muy malo. No arreglan las habitaciones todos los días, lo tiene uno que pedir antes de las 10 am y aún así no lo hacen. En cinco días que estuvimos solo uno limpiaron la habitación, los basureros, que son pequeños, se llenaron, no hubo cambios de toallas, etc.

Check in y check out muy rápidos y sencillos, el personal siempre fue muy amable. La habitación muy cómoda. Tiene un restaurante y la comida es muy buena. Lo mejor es su localización en Downtown, es muy sencillo ir a cualquier sitio caminando o tomando transporte público.
