Todo me pareció bien, solo el desayuno estaba muy pobre no avía fruta ni leche de almendra deberían tener para los que no comemos lácteos.

The first room we were given was rm 211. It smelled heavily of mildew & stale, humid wetness. The assistant promptly put us in another room. It wasnt as heavy, but the same odor was prominent. The jacuzzi was not functional as the heater wasnt working. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable & clean.

I was surprised wity$150 deposit and the room smells a humidity, I think they need to stay sure the room smell better beds too . But staff friendly, quiet rooms, safe area Great parking.

**DO NOT STAY HERE**** Warning **** They will charge an incidental amount before checking in and tell you a reason they are keeping it. Hotel management is horrible and corporate does not care. Room is nasty, holes in sheets, fleas in pool area. Nothing works in weight room. My kids found a box of cigarettes and other used items from past guests. *****WARNING***** spend your money somewhere else because they will charge you a lot more when you check out. Read other similarly reviews . Check the BBB

The only nice thing about this stay was the gentleman who checked us in! He was super friendly. Other than that, the pool was disgusting, the workout room was broken, breakfast was incredibly small and had barely anything when we got up at 730.. our ac wasn’t cold. And the lady who worked at night… lots of attitude. Worst hotel stay we’ve ever had.

I have nothing positive I can say about this hotel. First I had 2 choices for my room when I made reservation one had jetted bathtub and other didn't, that was only difference. I chose jetted and got regular tub. Getting off elevator on third floor you are greeted by black mold on ceiling. Hot tub jets didn't work and then heater didn't work. Ice machines not working. Overall condition and upkeep of property was terrible.

Courteous staff, room was clean, bed was comfy. The lobby lights were off at night so when in coming late after events it was a bit awkward and felt unsafe.

Serious need of repairs and cleaning. There was mold along the bathtub, a huge mold spot above the shower. Hot tub was broken, workout room was dirty, paint peeling around the windows and on and on. Plus, there was a $150 “incidentals” deposit. NEVER again.

The location of this hotel was in a very good area. There was also a roller rink next door that stayed open late, I got a chance to see adults skating and having a fun time.

The hotel was very dated but comfortable. Hot tub not working . They took up breakfast almost an hour early . Front desk argued with server but unsuccessful . Elderly mother in law traveling with us did not get breakfast . Would not stay here again.

We were in town for a good friends birthday. This hotel was booked for its proximity to the birthday dinner. The room overall was great. The pillows sucked. We usually bring our own pillows just in case, but did not this time. Otherwise, the room, and hotel overall, were great

Overall good except an issue with rude receptionist behavior on 12/26/23 evening. Location is good, clean hotel, quiet, safe and parking spaces are nore then enough to accommodate all guests. Over all satisfied 😌

My room was exceptionally spacious. The area was very nice & had a vast number of restaurants and shops in close proximity. The parking can be a bit limited during events at the hotel.

We were very please the staff was very nice. The hotel was clean the breakfast was good, fresh scramble eggs, sauce and potatoes it is nice other than just the regular Continental breakfast serve in other hotels. We were please to see that this hotel still has the Bible in the rooms.

Nope, not impressed!
The WiFi signal was very poor and unreliable. I got disconnected and had to reconnect a lot of times. I find that very annoying and inconveniencing. The weightlifting equipment in the gym room was out of order. The NordicTrack cycling machine was not working properly. The indoor swimming pool is not climate controlled. So the water stays cold all the time. Wouldn't you think that it should be temperature regulated since it's an indoor pool? Nope, not at this hotel! They have a Jacuzzi next to the pool too, but the temperature control timer knob was not working. Wondering what else is not working properly at this hotel. And lastly, the water in the room 319 I was staying in was smelly. It had an unpleasant odor similar to an untreated water. It was disgusting that I had to bathe and rinse my mouth with it because I had no choice as I think switching to a different room wouldn't work, because it probably came from the same water source. I was definitely not impressed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I called about hot tob, was told that it worked. I got there, only the jets worked, no heat. Had reservations for 2 days. Did not stay, checked out and went to other hotel. Lost the money for both nights, but it was worth it. Front desk person was very rude.

Charged $120 for damaging towels…. Yes towels! Individual owner and would not credit back to our card on file. Comfort suites corporate even said ridiculous but could not credit back.
