INSECTOS EN EL SOFA
Lastima por la limpieza... Estuvimos 4 noches. la habitacion un poco chica, no la recomiendo por mas de 3 personas. Perfecto para descansar, sin ruido. El desayuno un poco sencillo. Pero lo malo fue el ultimo dia a cerrar el sofa cama, donde dormio mi hijo todas las noches, nos salieron unos bichos, tipo cucarachas negras, y la verdad no dejo un gran disgusto para este hotel. Te ponen logos de CLEAN por todos lados, pues deden revisar sus procedimientos

Es un hotel al que hemos llegado en más de 20 ocasiones. Es excelente pero en esta ocasión muy temprano en la mañana un ruido como de un sistema de la tubería de agua muy fuerte empezó a sonar Cada 10 minutos durante una hora. Y justo antes de la hora de despertar sonó la alarma contra incendios. Era una falsa alarma. Pero pareciera como que hay algún desperfecto en las instalaciones que no permite un buen descanso .

La estancia fue bastante tranquila y muy cómoda, las instalaciones muy limpias además de que la ubicación del hotel tiene cerca tiendas y centro comercial.

I was amazed the hot water for tea was never hot and I was told just use the microwave. The kitchen staff were very friendly, but had no English to speak of.

The hotel was great. Our room was spacious. Only complaint is there were 2 dirty wash cloths still hanging over the shower curtain.

The hotel was convenient to the areas we were going to. Check on was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. The only complaint is the height of the toilet. The toilet was very low.

Unfortunately the lady working the desk the night I checked in was not friendly. I’d been traveling all day, initially went to the wrong hotel (that lady was so nice and greeted the moment I walked through the door) and was checking in around 8 pm at the correct hotel. The lady working the desk just stares at me waiting for me to give her the information she needed. Didn’t say a word until I did. No greeting. No asking me any questions. Normally this wouldn’t be such an issue in customer service but in a hotel setting I never know what they need, I don’t know that hotels process of checking someone in. The previous (incorrect hotel) greeted me and asked if I had checked in online, then asked for my reservation code, and finally asked my last name. Every hotel asks different questions. But here I was just stared at like I was a nuisance. This was my first impression and I’m back in Houston the next 2 weeks…as soon as I got to my room I booked another place to stay.

Not so clean !
The rooms were very too dirty! We stayed there for 6 nights and only got the room service once! There are few insects in the room. There were some stains on the bedding since day 1! The breakfast was decent and good options were available! The front desk gentleman was very nice! There was a big mall across the highway but there was no walking option!
