I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff are really nice, although one of the staff at the reception wasn't that nice. The breakfast is really tasty and there is a lot of options. The pool and beach are superior too and the location is perfect, next to the downtown. However, the problems with this hotel would be: Rooms are too small, if you're too people staying in the room it is very tight. The bathroom is in the middle of the room which is weird, the overall design of the property is weird and the colors used in the interior would make it really hard to know if the room is clean or not, which is a bit uncomfortable. The second thing is that at times there would be no hot water, we informed them the first time and the answer was that the hotel is packed (not a justification). Then the second time we informed them again and they fixed the problem. I would say compared to the price paid, pay a bit more and get more value at other nearby hotels.

Tres bon sejour Hotel propre et a 1 minute a pied du petit centre ville Nous avions pris la demie pension..inutile car nourriture vraiment bof et vu la proximité du centre il y a tout ce qu il faut. Erreur de la part de hotel.com ils nous ont attribué une chambre avec 2 lits simple alors que nous avions bien note un lit double. L hotel n a rien fait meme pas un cocktail offert.. Pour ceux qui plonge tres bon club dans l hotel avec une équipe tres sympa

Très bel hôtel avec peu de chambres dont certaines avec une terrasse et vue sur le lagon . Literie confortable , attention spécifié bien que vous voulez un grand lit et remettez le en commentaire ( nos amis avaient choisi un grand lit et on eu une chambre avec 2 lits/ plus d’autre chambre disponible à l’arrivée ) Piscine très bien entretenue Beaucoup de transats autour de la piscine et vers le lagon Serviettes de plage disponible à la piscine Bar un peu cher. Petit déjeuner complet Nous avions prit la demi pension : le dîner est moyen et on peu facilement trouver à manger à 2 min de l’hôtel ( italien / grill/ égyptiens / crêperie / gastronomie / et même un restaurant suisse avec la fondue !

We really enjoyed our stay at Cooks Club, the staff is very kind and helpful. They support you however they can without being pushy. Walking to the restaurants and stores takes only 5 minutes and the boat to the beach is a 10 minute walk. The boat takes you to Zeytan beach and its amazing, a lot of privacy and not many people. You can pick a spot at the man made lagoon or the actual beach on the other side. The beach is clean and so was the room. This is our new favorite destination if we just want to relax instead of travelling, so highly recommended! All the best from the Netherlands.

It's well located, just 2 mins from the town. They offer a wide variety of coffes for all those who love a good coffee in the morning. It's quite clean and staff overall were friendly overall. Two things they could improve... gym equipment and waiting for food in the restaurant. We waited about 40 mins for a shawarma...

Poor value for money.
The hotel was fine but I’m not sure we would come back soon. For the first night there was a miscommunication in the type of room we had booked. This was rectified the next day which was great but the rooms were extremely basic for the price and not as big as the pictures suggest. We thought it was over priced and small for two people. However, the selection of food for breakfast in the buffet was brilliant and delicious! The pool was lovely too. The pool bar staff were lovely but slow on service and delivery of orders. There were lots of perks to staying here such as location & breakfast but I’m not sure we’d rush back honestly as we didn’t think it was great value for money in comparison to some other places in Gouna.

Top Hotel für junge Paare. Top Lage gleich neben Zentrum. Unterkunft mit sehr viel Charm und immer freundliches Personal, sie helfen wo sie können. Salem ist zuständig für den Pool, macht einen super Job und ist immer sehr hilfsbereit. Leckeres Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl. Zum Sport machen, ist das Hotel leider nicht geeignet. Das Hauseigene Gym ist sehr klein, wenig Auswahl, nur 2 Cardio Geräte und ist eher für Insta geeignet als zum Trainieren.
