La ubicación es excelente, estar ahí fue un placentero descanso, solo incomodo un poco el ruido de una maquina que estaba reparando sus instalaciones pero se entiende que es el mantenimiento.

The bed and pillow was a bit firm for my liking and the ceiling fan didn't work but the bedroom had AC. Overall, the condo was very nice and clean and comfortable and within close proximity to restaurants, tourist attractions and the airport. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Our room in building D was the closest to the road that you could get. The large trucks coming down the hill using their jake brakes was awful. Extreme car and truck noise all night long. Impossible to sleep with all the road noise. There was a bee hive on our lanai so we had bees in our room. Pool area/bbq was nice for dinner. Location was walking distance to the beach and restaurants which was good.

The Banyan Harbor has 51 townhouse style units that might be a little dated but the unit was well appointed and had most everything we needed. The buuilding we were in had many steps and made for a good work out but you can ask for a walk in style unit if they are available. The view of the harbor had one obstruction but otherwise had a nice view of the bay. It was easy walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants. All the amenities worked well including washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. The A/C worked well on both levels and the rooms were inviting and beds comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone that isnt into large resort style complexes and would prefer to cook their own meals or go out if they wish. Lastly, there was a salt water pool with BBQ station, shuffle board and pickleball court.

Air conditioner in bedroom did not work..No manuals to use devices or else available in the unit..No view whatsoever. Parking lot on one side and stairwell on the other side. Bed not very comfortable..No sidewalks close to unit. Centrally located. Friendly staff. Washer and drier available in the unit.

Staying at Banyon harbor resort worked really great for us. Easy, central location to visit all parts of the island. And there were several restaurants and shopping within easy waking distance. The town home was just at described.

A nice place... There's a park/beach/dock across from the property. Our unit was clean, comfy, and well stocked. Wifi was terrible tho. Would stay again!

It is a short walk to Kalapaki beach and we enjoyed a nice hike to the beacon for sunrise. The beds were comfortable, and i enjoyed the little breezy patio in back. They were able to accommodate us with an ADA room. We were here to move my mom into an apartment in Lihue and this was the perfect location -- close to the airport, Target, Costco, Home Depot, and furniture stores. The staff was friendly and so nice.

My second stay at this property, and it is exactly what I needed. Dated property but well maintained, comfortable beds, extremely clean, friendly staff, great parking and a quick drive to Lihue’s shopping areas for essentials. I will be back later this year.

Roomy, cool and convenient were the ups. Downs was room wasn’t available at scheduled time and staff doesn’t answer the phone.

I miss this place. It was fantastic to have a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen, especially with a small child requiring cooking and laundry. We chose this location because it’s situated in a very convenient place, with less than an hour’s drive to all the amazing locations. We also enjoyed watching cruises arriving and departing. The staff was friendly.

One of the beds in our condo was broke, the room in all was dirty, the property is more like ghetto apartments, very noisy located on a hill side with lots of stairs, and our furniture was outdoor furniture not comfortable

We liked the unit having 2 bedrooms with the complete kitchen but the Air conditioning units in bedrooms are too loud and the window coverings were falling off, dish washer didnt really work properly but we didnt mind washing the dishes by hand.

The room was perfect for our family of 3. We used the kitchen for most of our meals. Our only complaint is our bedroom window and lanai faced a busy highway and there was a lot of traffic noise.

The property is well maintained and attractive. It is centralized for visiting either the north or south sides of the island. The room was spacious and served our needs well with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, AC and washer/dryer. The only complaint was the traffic noise from the highway.

Passable for a one night stay near the airport, but definitely showing its age. Staff was exceptional though. Cost was about average for the accommodation, lower than average for Kauai.

The staff were very friendly, and the room we were in was big enough for my whole family. Located conveniently close to the airport, but also between the attractions we wanted to see. We were able to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Wish we took advantage of the full kitchen, good to know it's the for the next time. Highly recommend!

The unit we received still had items left behind from the previous people, including garbage, water bottles, and medicine—based on the medicine present, someone had a virus. The beds were unmade and the unit clearly had not been cleaned. We immediately called security (since we arrived after-hours, and he came to check the unit). We were offered a new unit. The new unit appeared clean, at least, however the sliding glass doors that lead to the patio were unlocked. The property is being poorly managed, it’s unsafe, and not clean or sanitary.

Glad security was able to put you into another room upon walking into a dirty one but I would like to reassure you we do thoroughly clean our rooms between guest. Close to the beach and the local food mall. The two-bedroom condo far exceeded our expectations in terms of size, amenities, and comfort. Everything you need to be comfortable will be available to you. There was even a bus stop a block from the property. I do recommend this place!
