The TV reception was terrible, our neighbors had an all night party and what can I say about the free continental breakfast? Not enough out for everyone. Breakfast started at 6 and by 6:15 there were no muffins or honey buns or coffee left until it was restocked. Sad thing is, some guests just take everything. And by the way, coffee, orange juice and English muffins and honey buns are breakfast? No wonder he guests take 10 of each. They need them just to have a good meal since there is no cereal or milk. The room was so dusty, the microwave was damaged and unsafe, and a train goes by across the street all hours of the day and night. Besides the maid, the staff was mostly rude, one staff member making himself a continental breakfast (Breakfast is for Guests only the sign says) while making us wait for it. Desk clerk when checking out was rude and upset when we asked to have the room checked so we could get our deposit back. He had it checked but hasn't returned the deposit even though we made sure the room was cleaner than we found it before checkout. Room doorknob was malfunctioning, etc etc etc...too muh to list. Won't stay here again.

Check in was awesome. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Gave me tips on local taxis which was very helpful. Clean room, in general a great experience

With drug user propped against our room I asked to be moved. This was not done. I then asked for a refund and that wasn't done either. This is by far the worst experience I've had at this hotel .. mind u I lived there for two months prior to this visit. Pretty ridiculous repeat honest clean patrons can not be accommodated or refunded due to mistakes made by the property

This is a cheap crappy motel. I had no choice as it was the STP week and booked it late and this was the only one available ( obviously ) in Kelso area. Very dated set up. Key wouldn’t open the door , complained and then the front desk guy ( Galvin) came with a thick aluminum wire and inserted through the door and opened it. That’s the height of security there :-) . Anyone with a metal wire can open any door. However you drive may be 5 mins then there are a lot of fast food chains. So location isn’t that bad Just stay away , it’s not worth your money or safety .

The staff at this hotel was great. The area the property is at is stretchy. Every night there was cops and ambulances all night. Didnt get much sleep due to the police activity.

Wifi sucks, smoke detector was covered up with a piece of paper and tape. Hot water kept running cold and hot within seconds back and forth. Room smelled musty as hell and the headboard wasnt attached to the wall...screws missing from every hole

Freindly staff, easy check in, pleasant, comfortable, and accomidating room. What more could you ask for? Staff notified me there are 16 cameras watching The outaide of the property. This was reassuring.

Very much worth the money
Was very surprised by the bay of the room. I booked a less expensive room because we were to be busy at an event in town and would simply be using room to sleep. We ended up getting done early and spent more time there. Impressed by cleanliness and comfort. Desk staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Will definitely be staying again when in area

Front desk wakes me up move my truck
They wanted me to park my truck and small Uhaul A quarter mile away. I am disabled and I refused. I backed the truck up and trailer and took three spots. At 10:30 at night after we had fallen asleep the front desk called me and said owners wanted me to move my truck. I said I will happily do so at 6 AM when I leave. Very unhappy about the parking at this establishment, and the rudeness of calling a guest at 10:30 PM.

Catfished on this one
I got catfished on this motel. The pictures do not match what is really going on here. It’s in a sketchy part of town (unbeknownst to me when I booked), the place is run down and it built around a house that is in squalor. The staff disregard the do not disturb signs. There seems to be a lot of substance abuse issues and questionable people that roam the property. The trains run past at all hours of the day and night. The bed, while bug free, was like sleeping in a hammock. The room was not very clean and the door didn’t lock right. I had to jam a chair under the handle to keep it closed and feel somewhat secured. The towel rack wouldn’t stay on the wall, the ceiling is falling in inside the lobby, what repairs have been done are quarter assed (not even your usual half assed attempt at fixing something). Then at around 1a the front desk called waking me up to ask who left my room because they thought they saw someone leaving. I’m glad I was dropped off by my pilot car, because I’m confident my vehicle would have been broken into. I wish I hadn’t paid paid in full before I got here because I surely wouldn’t of stayed here. Just beware of what you’re getting into.
