This is a fairly new property, but it ia scaled down Hampton Inn. It's clean, but the rooms are very small and basic... no refrigerator, no frills, none of the things that make it feel like home. It definitely is better than the other options we saw online for this area. The small town of Burlington is quaint and the Hampton Inn is an easy walk to restaurants and the cute town. We are enjoying it.

Comfortable
We have stayed in this hotel several times, same room even. The lamp shade is broke, has been since we stayed the first time. The room could use a deep clean. Sweep Round the baseboards, clean bathroom shower doors and slides. Other then that room is comfortable and convenient.

Trains all nighy
This hotel is on the railroad tracks and trains run through all night. I got very little sleep. The breakfast was horrible and the coffee was cold.

Every employee that we ran into during our stay was polite, friendly, and helpful. Room was quiet, despite the train tracks that run directly behind the hotel every hour, or so. Double queen room was a bit small for three people- it could have used another 3 feet added to the depth. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety each morning. Walking distance to Burlington's cute little downtown area- shops, bakery, restaurants.

Disappointed by the overall quality of this Hampton. At best, it is a low-average hotel, with an overpriced name, that did not meet expectations.

Clean, but...
The staff was nice but didn't bother to give us the WiFi password or tell us when breakfast started and ended. The rooms are lacking a refrigerator and a microwave so bring a cooler! The walls are thin so you hear your neighbors in the bathroom. AND, The Train! Who puts a hotel up against the train tracks? Obviously Hilton.

We had a great stay. Loved the pool and weight room. Everything was just as we expected it to be. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, downtown shops, and river.

The staff member who I encountered at check in is the most negative, rude person to customers. I saw it as 4 people checked in. We all kept each other’s spirits up as the eye rolling and negative talk about Expedia, the pet policy - which I wasn’t even using and Hilton personnel in ivory towers who make policies was discussed. It was not appreciated and even when I gently said, “you have a very negative attitude tonight” it continued at the same pace.

Peanuts on the floor, mold in the shower and fridge. Desk chair was so rickety it felt unsafe to use. Good part is the street is quiet and you can walk to a number of restaurants.

Great place to stay!
We were surprised to find the the railroad tracks were directly in back of the hotel. However, the hotel has obviously built in ways that buffer rooms from the trains and our sleep was not interrupted.

This property was amazing for the price! I had friends staying at another property in the area for double the price and they didn’t have irons in the room, a decent fitness room, or complimentary breakfast like I did! Every member of the staff was top notch!

It was a great place if you like trains, a very busy track runs close to and adjacent to the property. We were on the track side and it was not very disruptive. Great little town.
