Buen tiempo
Todo está muy bien en este hotel , son muy amables.....lo único que fallo esta vez es que sólo teníamos una cobija delgada y regularmente en el closet siempre hay cobijas extras .... pero En general todo bien 😊

Todo estuvo súper, el parque de aguas especial para mi hijo de 4 año. Y lo mejor nos dieron La opción de salir a la 1pm o 3pm por un buen costo

Lo más que me gustó, el físico de las facilidades lo menos el disgustos al ir a las facilidades del hotel vecino donde no nos dejaron entrar' que mal rato'.

Best 4 days ever !!!! Water park great , restaurant great ! Room great spacious all you need !! Room service great and friendly ! Front desk personnel needs more friendly faces and more smiles they where all looking like they don’t want to be there ! Other than that excellent hotel

Pool clean bathrooms clean good for kids. Bedrooms Good have kitchen that liked. Only no like Not enough blankets and pillows for 5 people.

Pool/waterpark is perfect for families with good hours! The offer ice cream in their shop until 10pm. Their internal restaurant has good options, however our fries were over fried (hard) and chicken was tuff. We loved taking the trolly to the Grand Geneva for a nice dinner. We ordered pizza from mama cicilies vs the hotel because they have just thick crust. The pool area has an awesome snack shack, with hot food, snacks, icees, novelty ice cream, canned beer/white claw and a full service bar. We were there for 4 days and only 1 person checked my beach bag and actually made me put two snack size check mix behind the counter. (Eye roll). The game room is fun and staffed well. I love the texting option to the front desk. Very responsive. Overall great stay!

Very accommodating visit. Fun is there for the whole family. We spent about 4 hours at the waterpark, and my girls still weren’t ready to leave. We will return.

Great time with the kids! Loved the outdoor hot tub, can’t wait to come back seems like there’s a lot of outdoor activities but the weather isn’t warm enough yet. Staff was very nice and rooms are great!
