Good location for visiting the Pleasure Beach
Good and convenient location for attractions such as Blackpool Pleasure Beach, South Pier & Sandcastle Waterpark. Friendly and helpful owners. Rooms are fairly small and compact so need to bare that in mind. Curtains in room could do with being thicker to help block sunlight and street lighting out better. Fair bit of outside noise as well so bear this in mind too- some soundproofing on the windows would be nice to reduce the noise.

Fantastic family friendly hotel with great owners
Excellent experience with super hosts. Olivia and Daryl were great and really welcoming. They made the holiday extra special for our family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation was excellent value for money with delicious cooked breakfast and lots of options to choose from. The hotel is family friendly, easy walking distance for the promenades, pleasure beach and tower. We would highly recommend and have even booked a second stay in the summer. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing hosts and great breakfast!
We stayed here to go to Pleasure Beach for the weekend, it was only a couple minute walk from the main entrance! The hosts were by far the friendliest hotel hosts I’ve ever met! They made you feel welcome from the second you stepped through the door! Breakfast was also included and absolutely amazing! This will now be the only place we stay in Blackpool! 👌

The owner Darryl and his wife oliver are amazing people they ask you if your comfortable they cant do enough for you they played with our boys we had our key no curfew time very friendly if you need anything and they have it you can have it tbe breakfast is amazing and so good for the kids even if you got fussy eaters like our selfs good money for what you and when are down bp again we will 100% be staying with them again thank you to you both for haveing us and we hope to.see you.again soon xx

The owners were really friendly and welcoming, they always welcomed us when we came in after a day out. Their cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious and they were so attentive of our children's needs as we have a son who has autism. Nothing was any problem and they made us feel so welcome. Thank you Olivia and husband. We will definitely be booking here again in summer my kids had a wonderful time, and their generosity was so much appreciated

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Location is fab! Right round the corner from Pleasure Beach and managed to find free parking! Run by a lovely couple who were super friendly and helpful!! Breakfast was delish!! 100% would stay here again!

Great stay. Reasonably priced for the season.
The couple were very helpful . They checked us in at 10.30 even though the agreed time was 2pm. That was such a great help as we traveled on train. Breakfast was very good with full English or choice of cereals and yogurts or fresh fruits. Very friendly. Room was just basic with comfy beds, that’s all we expected. Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.

Hotel Jeanne - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
If you are going to Blackpool to sit in your hotel room each day and/or use an on-site swimming pool or onsite health spa then this is not the hotel for you (who does that in Blackpool) but if you are going to be out all day having fun and you want come back to sleep in a clean comfortable bed, wake up to the most amazing breakfast, have an amazing Sunday Roast, be hosted by the most lovely friendly and polite couple and all at a great cheap price then LOOK NO FURTHER!! Yes this hotel may not be a 5 star Ritz but when I take my three kids back to Blackpool I will be booking well in advance to stay at the Hotel Jeanne - Thank you sooo much for the four great days we had!!

Just right for a couple of nights!
Lovely hosts, made us feel welcome, remembered our names and kids names and were really attentive. A few little niggles in the room - no soap or shampoo which felt odd, and we had to get our own jar of coffee and milk but potentially could have asked, as I'm sure they would have given us some - having spent some time with them after! Lovely little bar and really nice to meet new people and chat the evening away. Clean and tidy, breakfast fab on day one as it was served. Breakfast on day 2 was a buffet which was fine foodwise but felt rather awkward with social distancing from other guests being completely ignored - not the hosts fault, but the set up could have been better to prevent that issue. All in all, a good stay

What a lovely hotel this is. From the 2 owners who can not do enough for you to a amazing breakfast to wake up to. The hotel. Just has a lovely welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotless and beds were very comfy. We look forward to staying again.

Great hotel, awesome owners!
Stayed here for 3 nights, family of 4. Great room, used as a base to explore Blackpool. Owners of the hotel, Daryl and Olivia couldnt do enough for you. They are a credit to themselves. Made our time there a lot more enjoyable. Will definitely be back to this hotel.

This is the best BnB I have stayed in. The hosts Daryl and Olivia are friendly, helpful and lovely to be around. They take a lot of pride in making u feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The breakfast was amazing, the bed was so comfortable and the room was clean. Could ask for more for the price. I will be recommending this place to my family and friends and we will be returning soon. Thank u again to the hosts for a fantastic weekend

A little sparkle in a Black pool!!
Welcoming couple, Daryl and Olivia. Nice atmosphere, friendly, homely, all you could want from a B&B. On street parking not the best, especially if wanting to park close but no reflection on the establishment. Filling breakfast and all you could need in a room. Would definitely stay there again, great value for the money, especially in August.

We would stay at Jeanne's again, me my daughter and boys loved our 2 days stay there and wished we had stayed longer but had to return home for work commitments.

Very welcoming staff, comfy bed so got a good night sleep. Nice cooked breakfast .
