Nunca había nadie en recepción que hablara español y además eran groseros no dejaban que uno terminara de expresarse, nunca agarró el wifi, siempre era un problema la tarjeta para el estacionamiento, la cambiamos una vez y aún así era un problema entrar y salir

Location is great, rooms are good, beds comfy and we had a great view of the sphere which was fun. We got a fridge and the room cleaning service was also good. The only thing we didn’t like was the smoke in the casino area that you have to go through every single time you return to your room. Area is safe. We had tickets for U2 at the Sphere and were able to walk to the venue.

Fue una pesima experiencia desde el monento del check in! Ya que a pesar de tener maaas de 10 computadoras en el area de recepcion, solo tenian 2 personas laborando en una misma computadora. Llegue a las 2 de la tarde y se me fue entregado mi cuarto casi a las 4 de la tarde. Era inmensa la linea, solo 2 personas atendiendo en la misma computadora, 1 persona ayudando en la maquina para hacer check in y otra acomodando la fila, esa fue mi mala experiencia al llegar y concluye en que no aceptaron el deposito en cash, solo con tarjeta. Me hospede del 2 al 4 de octubre, ya me cance de estar hablando, llevo mas de 4 llamadas, una batalla para que te atiendan y cuando te atienden que ellos son de recepcion que no saben que llame a x números para que me solucionen. En ese numero me an dejado esperando en linea mas de 20 minutos y para que me digan que ya esta liberado que en cual quier momento deveria llegar pero es hora que no llega y ya me cance de estar llamando! Pesimo servicio no resuelven nadaaa!

Great location close to everything. Didnt like that the main floor has a strong cigarette smoke smell and that the room wasnt well cleaned. Would go back if looking for a no frills, convenient location if the price is low
