The rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff was competent, though not particularly welcoming! The breakfast felt a little crowded, as the bus load of high school students pretty much dominated the waffle maker. But the food was ok for a breakfast buffet. It was a fine place to stay for our reunion hotel!

The staff was very friendly. I had to wait 20 minutes to check in no one at front desk. The pool was closed for entire trip. There was trash in our room when we got there

Needs updating, receptionist not very interested in my arrival, dirty laundry bin outside my door, outside doors not locked at dusk.

I had an excellent stay here. The room was clean, nice size, carpet new, heat & air worked well, and furniture allowed me to do my work. Everything was operable in the room. Frankly, I stayed in 2 other hotels nearby in prior visits and their accommodations were very poor. I highly recommend your stay at this hotel.

For a budget hotel, this place was convenient, clean and had nice appointments, like a great shower and soft fluffy towels. Staff was nice as well.

Not a $25 pet charge as stated
Hotels. Com site said $25 per charge. That was- big determinant on my hotel choice as that’s the max I want to pay when I’m just stopping for one night on the road. G when I got there. I already prepaid non refundable she said it was $40. I said I saw $25 on the site. She said they changed it and couldn’t care less when I showed it and said she looked on the choice hotels website and they’d changed it there. Bed hard as a rock. Room clean though. Really confusing layout. Was constantly getting turned around and having a hard time finding the lobby and elevator next time I’ll stay elsewhere. Staunton comfort inn nicer and a $15 per charge.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast had plenty of options, scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt and cereal. It is dog friendly, but they charge extra for dogs.

Pet rooms have an odor
We travel with a cat the first room they put us in the smell was so bad we immediately asked for a different room, still a slight odor but not bad. Won't stay at comfort inn here again. Plus they charge $40 per pet. Most I've ever paid.

There was no one at the front desk when I tried to check in. The shower area had incomplete repairs and moldy grout. There was a party in the room next to me until at least midnight.
