Sobresaliente
Fantástico. La amabilidad del personal es lo más destacable. Hay que sumar el encanto del mismo hotel, la decoración andalusí, un patio precioso donde tomas un desayuno casero excelente. La habitación es muy amplia, cómoda y acogedora. La recogida en boogie les encantó a los niños. Volveremos seguro.

Todo fenomenal
Nos ha encantado. Hemos viajado la familia, 2 adultos y 2 niños. La habitacion fenomenal, con un sofa cama para los niños que era perfecto. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. El patio interior precioso. Y el desayuno espectacular. Un magnifico servicio y atención al cliente. Gracias

Este hotel muestra una forma inteligente de aprovechar los recursos existentes en la zona, combinados con la comodidad, buenos servicios y amabilidad tanto de los dueños de la posada, como del personal, para crear un ambiente muy agradable, que invita a conocer el pueblo de Ojén. Calidad y buen ambiente
Un hotel de encanto, pequeño, coqueto, con un trato de los dueños muy positivo; y un desayuno de calidad. En el pueblo se vive el ambiente de pueblo sin saturación de turismo.

Pousada accogliente
Siamo stati una sola notte in questa deliziosa pousada nel centro di un paesino caratteristico. Camera accogliente, bagno comodo, ambienti arredati con gusto e una corta interna molto verde. All'arrivo, accaldati, rinfrescante tuffo nella piccola ma deliziosa piscina interna. Staff gentilissimo. Colazione di qualità. Per noi italiani, qualche dolcino in più sarebbe gradito. Parcheggio, scomodo poco distante, ma trasporto bagagli e persone è possibile con un caddy e con tanta disponibilità del personale.

Idyllische Unterkunft mit bezaubernden Gastgebern. Wir wurden von dem Parkplatz abgeholt und bis vor die Tür gefahren. Die Gastgeberin hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen alles genau zu erklären, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Die Unterkunft selber war liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem wunderschönen Innenhof. Das Frühstück war hausgemacht und wirklich lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Little heaven on Earth
This is a hidden gem in Andalusia. We've been traveling along the Southern Coast of Spain and have been staying in really nice boutique hotels, villas, and unique places but this hotel has been the most beautiful ever and we actually decided to extend our stay. Every morning there was a lovely breakfast in the cutest patio inside the property, under a wonderful lemon tree surrounded by cute traditional tables and plants. It's so inviting you don't want to go out of the hotel. If this wasn't enough to make you fall in love with it, every room has it's own traditional Spanish charm. We stayed in 2 different rooms and each one was delightful. One was all the way up and had a terrace where you could admire the little roofs around you and the cute little complex beneath you, and the other one was on the main floor with view of the patio. All rooms had AC which made it perfect when outside was tooo hot, and the little pool was the cherry on top that made life much easier with a toddler. The staff is absolutely delightful: Alex, Esther, Ana, and everyone thank you sooo much for your kindness and hospitality. And for a pleasant surprise, we discovered that Alex (who's a chef) offers a unique dining experience every couple of days and we were lucky to have the chance to try the most unbelievable food of our entire stay in Spain! When you stay here, definitely ask about the special dinner, you don't wanna miss it! This has been our most memorable stay, can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful village
Our short stay at Posada del Angel was wonderful! We have family nearby and so stayed here as there were so many of us in Spain at once, and it has such a good reputation. It really was perfect for the occasion. The location is great as only a minute walk into the square with all the restaurants and bars. The staff are amazing and the breakfasts wonderful!! Such a beautiful and relaxed hotel. The swimming pool was so clean and had a spa like feel to it. Hope to stay again soon when we have another large family gathering!! Thank you Alex & Esther

Very quirky andalucian village hotel
Amazing typical andalucian property with little terraces lots of plants and very interesting situated right in the heart of the village near restaurant hosta pick you up from the carpark on a buggy which was brilliant as streets are so narrow breakfast was amazing absolutely loved our 2 night stay Amy was very helpful with everything and speaks English Spanish and Dutch very well 😁

Surprisingly fresh
We loved our stay. Tastefully decorated rooms with really good coffee, linen and towels felt like home. Breakfasts were well prepared with some homemade jams and yoghurt, fresh bread and freshly squeezed orange juice. Prob one of the highlights is the courtyard and lemon tree. Friendly owners and staff. Really a gem. The light in the street made the room a bit to light but that is a personal taste. The air conditioner will be a great positive in summer. Overall it comes highly recommended. We will be going back if ever in the area. Well done La Posada del Angel.

Beautiful hotel and exceptional hosts
Incredibly warm welcome from the hosts to their beautiful hotel. We loved the huge room and very comfortable beds. There were many creature comforts and a very good coffee machine in the room. The interior terrace is absolutely stunning and a lovely area to relax in. The honesty bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. The town itself is tranquil yet has lots going on and the people are friendly and welcoming. The buggy transfer from the car park was a welcome relief and lots of fun with young kids! We very much hope to return to this beautiful hotel.

Warm and Cozy place
It was the only hotel in Ojen but very impressive stay. The road in the village might be quiet small and it's impossible to drive to the hotel. But they had a "boggy" to shuttle customers and their luggage! Delicious breakfast! This small town was highly recommended to people ask for quiet and slow temple during the trip!

C'est un bien bel endroit. Il manque quelques petites touches de confort pour un séjour parfait. Les serviettes c'est limite ... petites et très peu nombreuses. Le petit déjeuner pourrait gagner en qualité et le buffet est très mal placé.

Charming hotel
We are not that fond of charter hotels but we love the Spanish sun. This was a wonderful alternative, close to Marbella. It’s a charming posada in a lovely village. It’s really cosy and friendly. The owners are from the Netherlands and there were mostly Dutch guests. Breakfast was very nice and fresh ; served in the patio. 3 times a week they prepare dinner. We can recommend it. There are also restaurants and bars in the village. It’s a 15-20 minutes drive from Marbella. We also took the bus 1.80€ to the beach. Convenient. We would love to go back.

Godt sted til afslapning, venligt personale med gode ideer til udflugter, laver rigtig gode middage på udvalgte dage, vi spister på hotellet 2 gange, hyggelig stemning. lidt trangt værelse men det gik for de 3 overnatninger vi havde, man kan sikkert vælge større.

Was so homely, loved it and the people who own it! Would definitely recommend it highly. Only bad points, and this is me being over critical is the road there is a little tricky at night and the toilet seat was plastic

This is an exceptional property. Run by Dutch expats who really know how to take care of their guests. This posada is extremely well maintained and the breakfasts are suberp. Alex is also an accomplished chef and prepares evening meals for guests several times a week. Cant say enough good things.

Fantastisk vistelse. Gästvänlig personal, bra frukost och god service. Hotellägarna från Holland var mycket trevliga. Vi fick många tips på aktiviteter. Vi hyrde el-mtb och cyklade runt på grusvägar och stigar. Fantastisk utsikt över Marbella.

Luxury in Ojen, 10 km from Marbella
Amazing place to stay 10 km from Marbella, in a small village of Ojen. Very friendly owner and her family helped us with the luggage from the away parking, driving us with their electric cart. The place is a gem, has its pool, terrace, we had a very beautiful and comfortable room. We thank the owners for their hospitality. Our only regret is not to have stayed longer. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place.

Flott opphold på La Posada del Angel
Vi bodde her i 4 netter og bruke det som base for dagsturer i fjellene og til Marbella. Ypperlig beliggenhet, bare 7km fra Marbella og små avstander til flotte opplevelser i fjellene. Landsbyen Ojen, som hotellet ligger i, er liten og sjarmerende med trange gater og mye blomsterprakt, og man kommer tett inn på landsbyboerne. Det hollandske vertskapet på hotellet anstrenger seg virkelig for at gjestene skal ha det flott. De hjelper til med alt du spør om. Og hotellhunden Joop, en stor og snill golden retriever, hilser vennlig på alle gjester. På dette hotellet er du også velkommen med hund. Rensligheten på rommet og i fellesområdene er upåklagelig. Vi fikk deilig frokost hver dag, kl 9-10.30, flere slag nystekte brød, cerials, fersk frukt, yogurt, syltetøy, serranoskinke, chorritzopølser, kjøttpålegg, egg etter smak og flere sorter ost er noe som burde friste alle. Vi hadde et superior rom, meget romslig og med et lite kitchenette og kjøleskap. Gode senger og aircondition fungerte ordentlig. Mange tv-kanaler på spansk, hollandsk og tysk, men bare en engelskspråklig kanal(al jazera) Dette er det eneste vi savnet disse dagene. En solterrasse og et oppvarmet svømmebasseng finnes også. Anbefales varmt 👏👏👏

Sfeervol hotel
La Posada de Angel is een sfeervol hotel, ingericht naar Andalusische-Marokkaanse stijl. De eigenaars en personeel zijn zeer met hun klanten begaan en bieden vriendelijke en professionele service. Het is allemaal wat klein. Zowel de kamer als de algemene ruimtes voelen wat krap aan. Omdat Ojén een vrij klein dorp is, waar qua horeca verder weinig te beleven valt (zeer matige restaurantjes en tapas barretjes) ben je voor je maaltijden aangewezen op Marbella. Dat is wel weer een flink stuk rijden. Als je graag even uit de drukte bent is het wel prettig.

Un havre de paix
Un séjour charmant à la posada del angel. Les propriétaires ont créé un véritable havre de paix. Le village d'ojen est magnifique et faire une pause dans cet hôtel est génial. L'hôtel est décoré avec goût et donné sur un patio agréable avec de magnifiques plantes dont un superbe citronnier. La piscine est également très agréable. Je reviendrai!

Utrolig hyggelig opplevelse
Helt topp på alle måter, særegent, smakfullt, god service. Anbefales på det varmeste. Det lille bassenget var et ekstra pluss, herlig å kjøle av etter en varm utflukt. Det eneste vi hadde å utsette var matpakken vi fikk fordi vi dro tidlig, og ikke fikk med frokost. Den var helt utrolig kjedelig og fantasiløs. To stykker tørt, hvitt brød med noen osteskiver og skinke. Litt smør, tomat eller agurk, kanskje en liten juiceboks, et egg, eller en yoghurt hadde vært topp. Ellers var alt supert og vi fikk flott service på alle måter. Ojen er en pittoresk og vennlig by, masse muligheter for å spise godt, og fine turmuligheter rundt. Kan anbefale El Tunel for deilig middag.

Et unikt lite hotell. Ser ganske vanlig ut på utsiden, men straks innom døren merker en at en er kommet på et hotell med en heilt spesiell servise og en kan bare senke skuldrene og nyte roen.

A very expensive choice for its poor quality
I travel frequently and internationally. My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a short vacation recently. We still maintain our dissatisfaction with this hotel and feel strongly regret about choosing it over hundreds of others in the vicinity. Unless you are coming from a German-speaking country, some of the staff of this, supposedly friendly, hotel behave rather unprofessionally to the extent that the behavior may even be considered offensive. (I certainly and repeatedly felt offended by the behavior of some staff.) The quantity offered for breakfast (included) is small and variety of food is little. There is almost nothing to choose from. Further, attention to the detail is missing. While we were having breakfast in the hotel's little crowded courtroom, cleaning staff members were walking by us with chemicals in their hands and spreading the smell of these chemicals. Our food certainly tasted chemicals! Our room contained the smell of humidity. Parking, I guess by design of the town council, is far from the hotel and requires walking up and down a very steep hill. Overall, this is a very expensive hotel.

Erittäin ystävällinen ja auttavainen englantia puhuva omistajapariskunta. Hotelli on miellyttävän persoonallinen ja poikkeaa perushotelleista. Aamiainen vaihteli päivästä toiseen. Asiakas sai itse tilata haluamansa aamiaisen annetuista vaihtoehdoista. Vastaanotossa oli yksityiskohtaisia, englanninkielisiä kuvauksia lähialueen vaellusreiteistä. Kylpyhuone oli viileä. Mikäli sinulla on auto, se kannattaa jättää omistajan ehdottamalla tavalla parkkipaikalle. Hotellin pihaan pääseminen on lähes mahdotonta. Omistaja hakee parkkipaikalta sähköautollaan.

Charming posada in mountain location
Ojen is a charming village and the posada is a gem nestled into the hillside of the village. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owners and staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. The breakfasts were always fresh, very tasty and filled one up for the morning. Ojen is a convenient location to visit other attractions in the area. Our stay in the posada was a highlight of our trip and we would return in a heartbeat.
