Hotel tranquilo y con un personal excelente. Nos faltava aire acondicionado en las habitaciones del calor que hacia estos dias pero muy comoda la habitacion y el hotel en general.

Personal unfreundlich. Frühstück wirklich schlecht (kein Obst, keine Gemüse). Kaffee kann man nicht trinken. Handtuch würden von Donnerstag bis Sonntag nicht gewechselt. Ich werde das nächste mal mehr zahlen und mir was anderes buchen..

Uncomfortable and cramped
Friendly staff, except for a very aggressive employee on the reception desk when returning from a night out. The bathrooms are incredibly crammed and it was a very tight squeeze to use the toilet while avoiding having to sit on the sink basin. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, although it is available for 10 euros per night, or a minimum 40 euros. While a heatwave can’t be predicted, this is far from ideal, especially given that the air conditioning keeps the room temperature at around 30 degrees and makes as much noise as a small bus.

A very clean and well maintained 2star hotel. You get what you pay for. Defiantly could do with Air Conditioning in the rooms, as it was very hot when we stayed, which made it very difficult to sleep. Staff very friendly.

Great value Hotel.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The Batbwas well stocked and the food was good. Excellent cooked breakfast for 5 50. The pool was clean and quiet. Rooms cleaned daily. Only downside was no kettle or fridge however both can be hired and coffee etc available 24/7 Great value for money.

Stayed here for 3 nights last week, hotel was everything that other reviewers have said, super clean with great staff, pool was great and it's also only a stone's throw from the beach

most of the staff were so nice I left them presents, we had breakfast very big, we eat some meals there very good. room o.k.no air con,could be hired for 70 euro.bathroom big problem, u had to squeeze in past the sink to get to the toilet, a large person could not possibly get in to the toilet.my suggestion, take out the half bath, put in a corner shower and put the sink on the other wall.being asked to pay for ice by one of the staff,was a first.met so many people who go back,will I?

Dear Sir, We don´t understand some parts of your complaints in your review. A paper glass with ice has a cost of 0,50 Euros in case you order it without purchase any drink, there is a sign in the Bar Area that shows that information. If you were asked to pay it by one of our staff was because he is just following the minimum common sense instructions, if you go to a Bar asking for a paper glass with ice and you don´t buy anything else you will be charged for it, the paper glass is not free of cost for a Bar and the ice is not free of cost for a Bar. There are lot of customers that are buying food and drinks in the city´s supermarket and after that they come to ask for a paper glass with ice in our Bar, Do we have to give them free of cost losing money in our Bar Area? We are a bussiness, we are opened for getting a profit. About the size of bathroom? We have different size of bathrooms, in your case you had the bad luck to get 1 of the 3 smallest bathrooms we have, but it´s legal, we have license of 2 stars Hotel, with just 36 rooms, so, our installations are basic and small with just the basic size needed for that kind of budget hotels. A very relaxing week
I would have liked air conditioning and self catering facilities but my fault for not checking this on booking. Even just a kettle and fridge would have been nice. The location, staff, service, size and condition/cleanliness were perfect!! Thankyou for a very relaxing week :-)

Lovely little hotel
This is my 5 visit to Golf Beach and I just love the Staff ! nothing is a problem to them and they are so helpful, the Location is just perfect 1 minute from the beach 5 minutes to lively night life. really good restaurants nearby Will be back again next year!

Min kæreste og jeg overnattede på Hotel Golf Beach i en uge i august 2018. Hotellet er centralt placeret og der er derfor ikke langt til hverken bylivet eller stranden. Værelset var super fint! Vi havde egen altan, en stor dobbeltseng og badeværelse. Håndklæderne blev skiftet 3 gange om ugen og sengen blev redt hver dag. Hotellets pool var en god størrelse og vandet blev tjekket dagligt. Personalet på hotellet er venlige og umødekommende, og snakker god engelsk. Det eneste jeg vil sætte en finger på er dog deres morgenmadsbuffet, som er meget sparsommelig. Der er "kun" brød, skinke, ost, yogurt og et sparsommeligt udvalg af morgenmadsprodukter. Jeg synes personligt ikke det var ca. 6 EUR per person værd. Så dette ville jeg nok ikke tilkøbe igen. Hotellet har derudover ingen køleskabe på værelserne, hvilket er ærgerligt, da det ville være brugbart til at holde frugt og vand koldt. Alt i alt havde vi en god oplevelse med hotellet. Med 2 stjerner i et super turist-baseret område, kan man heller ikke forvente super meget mere.

Einfaches Hotel, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig
Das Hotelteam war, mit Ausnahme von einem Mitarbeiter, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider war das Frühstück etwas enttäuschend, da es eher mager ausfällt. Das Hotel ist an sich eher einfach gehalten und verfügt standardmäßig leider über keinen Kühlschrank, was bei den Temperaturen sehr nachteilig war.

Nice hotel the staff are all very friendly. Room was was spotless. A bit disappointed no tea making facilities were included. You could hire a kettle but that's no good without cups which they would provide.

Unkompliziertes Hotel mit Katzensprung zum Strand
Das Hotel war einfach und sauber gehalten. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon und Ventilatoren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entspannt. Auch nach dem auschecken um 12:00 Uhr hat man die Mögllichkeit kostenlos Duschen zu gehen und seine Koffer bis zum Abflug dort sicher zu verwahren. Kostengünstiges WLAN, sauberer Pool und eine schönes Bar die 24 Stunden günstig Getränke und Speisen anbietet. Immer wieder gerne.

Camera pulita. Letti separati (ma era specificato già nella descrizione). Personale gentile e disponibile (capivano anche l'italiano). A poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia e da alcune fermate dei bus. A circa 300 metri da un grosso supermercato (Eroski). Bagno abbastanza spazioso con vasca/doccia. Una pecca (anche se non particolarmente fastidiosa) il cambio biancheria bagno solo di giovedì, martedì e domenica. Piscina esterna con lettini e ombrelloni. Servizi accessori (ad es. cassaforte e phon) a pagamento. Insomma, ottimo per essere un 2 stelle.

Friendly staff and clean.
The hotel is 2 stars - and the price reflects this. The staff were wonderful and hotel was clean. Only issue we found were the beds were very hard and uncomfortable for our liking. Other than that could not fault the stay - we did not use the pool as it resembled somewhat of a concrete jungle with no views but there are beach bars literally 1/2 mile down the road with glorious views out to the ocean which was in our opinion a much better way to spend breakfast and lunch.

Hidden Gem
I stayed at the Gold Beach Hotel after it was recommended by a friend. The staff are superb and is within walking distance of all Santa Ponsa has to offer. Just far enough away from the bars and nightlife to be quiet enough to enjoy a nights sleep. Hotel bar open 24 hours and will provide late night snacks. Would stay here again.

Great hotel. Good location
Loved this hotel - spotless & all staff friendly & helpful. Bar & terrace relaxing with reasonable prices. Pool not crowded despite stay in mid Aug - plenty of sunbeds. Paid for air con which was worth the 10€ a night. Only negative was pool didn't open til 10 & closed at 6 - much to the disappointment of our 5 year old son! Would have given 5/5 otherwise.

Friendliest staff I've ever had the good fortune to meet. We have lunch in the hotel on a couple of occasions and were extremely pleased with the food. The cocktails were the best. We will definitely book to stay here again.
