My family and I loved the hotel, it's beautiful. The staff and the attention are excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning of the bathroom, there was mold in the hand shower, the floor had garbage.

We love exploring MKE! The Lake, the Arts, & Dining options ALL are excellent. This, coupled with an easily walkable downtown, make for one of our favorite cities. The iconic Phister is located in the heart of it all. We try & stay here every chance we can. The staff go out of their way to serve you ensuring time spent at their property is memorable in the best possible way. We’ll be back soon!

This is a lovely historic hotel in a great location for walking to sights and venues downtown. The real star was the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was lovely. Very good food as well.

I made a last minute reservation due to the weather and I couldn't have been happier with my stay at the Pfister. The woman at the front desk (her name started with a D) was so beyond accomadating. I needed to extend my stay due to the weather and she made sure my room was cleaned, and I was able to stay in the same room. She even gave me a coupon for a free coctail. I was delayed getting home and anxious but the staff here was a 10/10 and I can't wait to return. I also want to thank the wonderful woman who worked the happy hours in the lounge on floor 23. She was so hospitable and welcoming. If you haven't stayed at this historic gem of a hotel put it on your bucket list!

Staff in the lounge were excellent, Ellie was our waitress, and she is 5 Stars. Piano player was excellent. Tacos from the bar are BAD. They are cold rare fish. I would cut them from the menu

The Pfister is our preferred hotel to stay at while hanging out in Milwaukee. Love the vibe in the lobby bar (Ellie is the best!). Every person that works there seems genuinely happy and friendly providing unmatched service. 10 stars!

This hotel is exceptional, from the food options, to safety, to customer service. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is I have a bad back and the spring mattress was a bit much but that is any hotel with a bad back!

We were able to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very well appointed, clean (obviously), and extremely quiet. It was great. Room service was great and the TVs were large w great channel selections. Well done Pfister. We’ll be back again.

It is a well known historic building that is generally well maintained, but at this time is being extensively renovated by the Marcus group. Each morning, at 5:30 a.m I was woken up by garbage/renovation debris being dumped into garbage trucks. I believe that it will be a beautiful renovation. From the morning breakfast to the attached Mason Street steakhouse the food is very good. What I liked about the place most is the people. From the service I had at the restaurants to the pleasant front desk people to the extremely helpful Bell Captain and Valet team, I was impressed.
