They are the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I was told their wasn't cable in room 220, the TV didn't work, no tissue, no towels, seen bugs crawling on the floor. Just disgusting. House keepers are extremely rude. They just walk in your room with no hesitation. The bosses says one thing but tells another thing. Just Very Immature Rude Ass Staff. Need A Code Enforcer to come expect them the whole 9 yeards

It’s a quaint local motel. I basically just wanted to rest. Military or people on the move would find it perfect as they pass through. I was puzzled by the lack of compassion of the staff. There were clearly more than enough clean rooms available when I arrived. They acted as if there were none and insisted I wait to the minute to check me in. I had to wait tired, in my car, in front of all those empty rooms. Their rules exceed any hospitality. They ignore the reason of check-in/out time is to have sufficient time between guests to clean. “Thank You!”

Linens were dirty on check-in. When night came, bathroom was full of roaches. I told staff in the morning, nothing was done. Second night, in addition to the previous issues, at about 1 AM, a car alarm kept being set off and reset for over an hour. I also discovered that my toilet had a leak at the back and my bathroom was flooding. Stafff was impossible to get on the phone any time of day.

This property was a mistake for me. The sink didn’t drain at all. If you use the sink literally 30 minutes later, it was still full of yucky water. The bath tub drain was OK. The floor was nice and the bedding was OK. The beds were not too comfortable and pretty cheap and rickety. There was no breakfast. The fact that the front desk was always behind a locked door was disconcerting. The front desk staff have to buzz you in so you can go in for some reason. There is a lot of trash around the perimeter of the property like a lot. Years worth of cups And trash. There are some huge holes in the parking lot. The big dog next-door barked loudly and pod at the glass. He was huge and I was really scared. He was going to come through the glass and eat my little dogs who never park in a hotel by the way. I could hear everything from the neighbors. I could hear everything they said when they walked by. There was loud music and I could smell smoke in the room from the neighboring rooms. The guy at the front desk was always pleasant enough. There are plenty of fast food. Restaurants within walking distance. They do provide (in room) coffee, a refrigerator and a microwave though, and if you need a cheap place, especially if you have a dog, then this might be a good place for you.

Poor facilities
Was informed on check in that there was no hot water available. The furnishings in the room was very poor. Hair in the shower drain, but of course I couldn’t take a shower due to there being no hot water. Room not very clean and furnishings very poor condition. The check in clerk did offer to cancel my reservation but I didn’t wish to start looking for another place to stay for one night.

Didn't like anything from the start. The people at the desk were lazy, difficult to understand. No hot water and the TV didn't have any of the main stations. Desk clerk wouldn't refund my money, wouldn't contact his manager and just sat behind the desk while I was at the counter. Terrible experience! Worst I have ever had!
