Too expensive. This hotel won’t be an option for me in the future. Everything was very expensive. I went to the Holiday inn next to this hotel and the difference between prices was huge. I don’t recommend this place!

Pésimo Hotel "NO LO RECOMIENDO"
Pésimo el hotel, definitivamente no lo recomiendo, muy mala la atención en recepción, estuve 5 días y durante 4 días no hicieron la limpieza en la habitación y todos los días pedimos que por favor limpiaran la habitación pero decían que era culpa del encargado y así entre todos se pasaban la culpa, solo funcionaba un elevador y yo estaba en el nivel 10 y tocaba esperar mucho, las condiciones del hotel son malas, nada que ver con sus fotos. Vi que a varios huéspedes los trataron muy mal y les hicieron fraude en sus cobros y estaban molestos que llamaba la atención de todos los que estábamos allí presentes porque llegaban a discusiones con gritos e insultos. Para uno de turista le deja muy mala experiencia al hospedarse con ellos. Además cuando llegas al hotel, para darte tu habitación hay que dejar un deposito de 300 dólares obligatorio. Pésimo, pésimo, pésimo hotel.

El hotel muy lindo y elegante El servicio al aeropuerto sale cada media hora durante las 24 horas La verdad del hotel no tengo queja pero si no recomendaría llegar a esa área es muy insegura muy fea el bus te deja en una calle muy peligrosa para caminar y está lejos de todo lo mejor es llegar al área del time square aunque te cueste más caro ya que el bus sale 6 dlss de ida y 6 de vuelta la verdad mejor hospedarse en el centro o en Brooklyn que es bonito
