The “coffee” was SAD! No pool. The hair dryers are…a joke. I was just very disappointed. The poor Garden out back in flower pots looked beyond help. The table outside….couldn’t sit on it unless you wanted to get sea sick….so unstable! Just a big let down for the money!!!

Pros: This property is clean and tidy and having 2 king beds, that is the only advantage if you are staying with a big family. Cons: There is no tub in the bathroom and the bathrooms are little congest. The staffs in this property are behaving very rude especially the front desk lady. Also none of the staffs are friendly. They say breakfast is available, but nothing in that...no egg, no pan cakes, no waffle instead just few pieces of bread and cornflakes and option to make tea or coffee.

We booked the room because it had a hot tub in the room with a king bed. I called 2 days prior in order to confirm our room. I specifically asked the lady if "the hot tub was in working order". She said "yes". When we arrived the lady( I am sure it was the same woman) informed us that the tub was not working. I reminded her of our conversation and she said the couple who stayed there last night said the switch would not operate. She did take $30 off the room. When we walked in the room there was a dead beetle on its back in the middle of the floor, several dead flies in the window. When I looked behind the bathroom door, there were pubic hairs and dirt there. The hot tub jets had mineral deposits and it was obvious it hadn't been filled with water for a long period of time. This lady lied to us!!!. I think she told the same story to anyone who booked that room. I would be curious if anyone had the same experience? I would recommend Expedia remove this hotel from your booking options as they will give people a negative impression of Expedia by association and representation of this hotel.

The first room they put us in had a cracked window and tore up recliner, plus smelled like smoke. Went back to desk and asked for another room. It seemed really clean… that’s the best I can say. Staff very unfriendly, room wasn’t ready when we got there at 5 (check in is at 2?) when there were NO cars in the parking lot, in ridiculous need of updates, and “breakfast” was the saddest and most lacking thing I’ve ever seen. When we pulled up the outside is pretty intimidating, in a bad way. Could make a lot of very easy changes to make it actually worth coming. Next time we are in the area definitely staying elsewhere.

The person that checked me in and out wasn’t even friendly. She made no eye contact and acted like she was doing me a favor. About the ink good thing I can say is that the rooms and lobby were very clean. Otherwise not enough chairs in the room. Only one. Only 1 lamp, the bed was on wash cloths, I guess to keep it from scooting. I also requested a handicapped room and what I got was a room for short people. Won’t go there again!

Great weekend stay
Great weekend stay! Remodel of rooms of the two rooms rented by different family members. Comfortable bed and good size room. Only thing not good is times for breakfast service. At 9:00 shut down, and even orange juice machine turned off. But wasn’t there for the Bfast… Love the area !

Nice enough if you don't need hot water for long.
Traveling by car, so I booked the in-room jacuzzi tub suite to soak in after a day of travel. Somewhat surprised there was no where other than the bed and swivel office chair to sit. But it wasn't a deal breaker. It's a Super 8, so I wasn't expecting anything over the top. Deal breaker is the hot water didn't last long enough to fill the jucuzzi tub more than a inch at 15 minutes intervals. Took 45 minutes to fill enough to use jets (3-4 inches). There's nothing like an instant cold shower the next morning to wake a person up. Had to get out and wait 15 minutes to rinse shampoo out of short hair with luke warm water in the vanity sink. Management said "that happens when the motel is full." No apology & it was the guests fault because they leave the hot water running too long. Heard him use a similar excuse on why the breakfast area when guests asked for refills on waffle mix and cereal. "Too many guests take too much". Nice enough if you don't need hot water for more than 4-5 minutes at a time and expect minimal customer service. Definitely don't book the in-room jacuzzi suite.
