However I do regret to learn of your disappointment regarding the multifunction of the heating. Normally you can close and open the heating and adjust the temperature according to your needs. The location of the hotel, in the center of Paris near Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, makes that sometimes there is traffic noise in the street, but our windows are double glazed, so with close windows we don’t hear any sounds from the outside. Regarding the bathroom smelt,our reception is open 24/24h, you could ask our receptionist, it’s his job to make sure that your stay is the best as it could be. We hope to see you soon in Paris!
